I will newer again order this company. Customer service is bad. The order i made it dosent match of the videos an pictures. They dont sen me sending information so i cant sent this garbage back to them.

Betrug .Vorsicht keine Retoure möglich. Und nach Rückerstattung eines Bruchteils der Rechnung. Meldet sich keiner mehr. Zuerst soll man die Ware auf seine Kosten zurück senden. Ok Adresse wäre gut auf 5 Mails keine Antwort. Dann 30% Nachlass Angebot. Wollte ich nicht. Kann die Ware ja nicht nutzen. Dann wir lassen die Ware abholen von einen Fahrer. Ich so ja wann gerne die 14€ umgerechnet ok. Immerhin noch ein geringer Betrag zum bestellwert. Dann 25€ bei klarna als Gutschrift erhalten. Seit dem melden die sich nicht mehr.bei klarna nachgefragt. Die rufen Shops leider nicht und sind nur für Zahlungen zuständig. Also Finger weg wenn nur 10 auf diesen Shop reinfallen sind das echt tolle Summen .

The item received was completely different from what I had ordered and the customer service contact with the company has been atrocious. They take 30% of your refund amount to pay for repackaging and restocking- scandalous. I am still waiting on my refund and considering approaching Consumer Council about this company's trading behaviours

Recieved a completley different item to the one ordered , wrong colour / style and basically awful. Do not buy from this website.

Poor customer service. I contacted them as soon as I received my order about a return because the product was too big, and I have already ordered it in the smallest size.

Now we know that I have to pay for the return shipping myself, which is understandable, but it is very poor form that I also have to pay a 30% restocking/return fee. I feel cheated out of something I haven't even used.
