I have been waiting for my refund since February. As per my doctor I immediately returned the bottles but have not been able to get a refund even though it was promised!!

I returned my entire order and have yet to receive my refund. I keep contacting them with no results. I’m out $300. I’m extremely irritated with this company. This is false advertising to say the least.

This is a scam. It does not work. They do not refund despite a lot of promises. Very Bad business. Dont be fooled

This product does absolutely nothing. It does not in any way live up to what it claims to do. Do not buy this product.

No weight loss seen after 50 days. very difficult refund process. DO NOT RECOMMEND

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!! This stuff does not work and they will screw you over when you ask for a refund. I request a partial refund on two orders of Burn Slim within the 60 day period and they conveniently didn’t process the request. When I checked back with them 2 weeks later they told me my request was not within the 60 day timeframe. Unbelievable and disgusting that I’ve lost over $700 and I’m retired living on Social Security.

The product was never received by me, their shipper returned it to sender. I been lied to multiple times that the product was being reshipped. I also requested a refund within the 60 days and never received one. I was also told through their chat portal that I would receive a refund, nothing has been received or refunded after 5 months.

I was very disappointed with my results. I ordered 3 bottles directly from the BS website on Feb 11, 2026. The 3 bottles were delivered the evening of Feb 15, 2026. After the first bottle, I didn't lose a pound. The advertisements were very convincing with celebrities claiming how awesome Burn Slim was. I fell for it. I contacted the company on April 10, 2026 before the 60 day guarantee expired to request a refund. I was told I could not get a refund because the guarantee was from date of purchase, not when it was delivered.
I then subsequently sent another request for at least half of the refund, and I'd return the 2 remaining - unopened bottles at my expense. I was told my case was closed, and there was nothing else to be done. This company should be shut down, reported to the BBB, and potential customers warned about this awful customer service.

Never received product- fought for refund, horrible customer service… no refund till I placed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau…. Read this:

Failure to Honor Refund Guarantees:

Consumers reported Cartpanda advertises 30-, 60-, or 180-day money-back guarantees that it does not honor;

Consumers attempted to return products within the stated time limits but are denied refunds for arbitrary reasons given by Cartpanda;

Only partial refunds (e.g., 25%) are often offered instead of full refunds even when returned unopened or unused.

Unauthorized or Duplicate Charges:

Well on on my 3rd bottle of 6 bottles as recommended. I have had Zero loss of size and weight despite doing daily walks and bike or gym. I am a vegetarian and eat healthy small portions. I started gaining weight at 64 yrs old In my midsection for the 1st time. I think the ads are AI and Oprah and Kelly Clarkson's reviews weren't real. I was usually a size 4 pants and this yr went uo to size 6 which caused me to try this. Also my skin has had zero improvement. My advice dont spend your money.

I got deathly ill after consuming only 2 tablets. I sent the product back (2 bottles) at a cost of $177 in March,2026. I have yet to receive my refund even though I returned the bottles within the time frame and complied with all their requests.
This company should not be allowed in the marketplace. They lie about the product and do not keep their word about refunds. Please investigate BurnSlim for fraud and violations to the consumer in America.

This product does nothing for you except create an overwhelming amount of gas. I tried this product for 58 days before requesting a refund. I followed the user instructions to a T and had no change in appetite or energy, just a massive increase in gas.

If you believe that you will receive a refund if you are unhappy with the product I’ve got new for you! Good luck getting a refund or even getting anyone to answer your call. I have been trying for over 3 months to get a refund and nothing but frustration. This company has zero interest in customer service or even in integrity. You will be denied a refund no matter how long you have had the product, you will be hung up on (even if you are polite) and ignored. No one will call you back when promised.

I’m not even sure this isn’t a scam. I lost $317 because of the faldura in trying to get a refund. The product was full of cane sugar! I tried to get a refund and after a dozen emails, I gave up. Do NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!

DO NOT waste your money! After 3 months, no weight loss. Yes, I a high-protein diet; yes, I increased workouts; and, yes, I decreased alcohol intake. All to no avail. Unfortunately, I wanted to give time so I have finished three months worth - no longer eligible for refund (I still have 3 bottles left). Please do your research and read reviews. Thank you.

watched a video and when transferred to BurnSlim at the end, it turned out to be SCAM. Did not lose 1 oz. Don't eat a lot, exercise. Ingredients on video were NOT at all the same.

When I purchased the product, I had a promotion to buy 3 bottles and get 3 free (the total for the 6 bottles was almost $300). When I received my product, I only received 3 bottles and a poster card that had a QR code to have the additional 3 bottles shipped. When I finished 2 bottles, I scanned the QR code for my additional bottles but kept getting an error message. I finally called and was given an email address to contact regarding my issue. After several back and forth emails, I was told they were working to get me my additional bottles. I never received them and when I would reply to the email trail, they eventually stopped replying. I would not recommend purchasing. They did curb my appetite some but I did NOT lose the weight like they make it sound like you will.

I ordered BurnSlim thinking it would rev up my metabolism and loose some weight as it was advertised to do. I sat through, what seemed like hours, video of how it worked miracles on Kelly Clarkson and Sabrina Williams. It has done absolutely NOTHING for me. I am halfway through the second month (bottle) of taking the required dosage. Nothing no more energy, no less or more of an appetite, no weight loss nor gain. As far as I can tell, these capsules are placebos at a premium cost! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

CAN'T GET MY CREDIT.

Due to health reasons I sent my product back at a cost of over $110 in february. They received it and I have been fighting with the for my credit of $232. I have had no luck so far and their return procedures need to be badly updated. I still haven't received my credit and it has been months since I applied for it. WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS COMPANY THAT IT WON'T RETURN MY MONEY.
