Prompt delivery and always good quality meals for dogs.

My dog loves the food and is fit and healthy on it. My little Yorkipoo was a very fussy eater until our vet suggested Burns and loved it. His tummy upsets settled down and he had more energy.

Was looking for a new dog food for my 2 elderly dogs. Ordered a sack of this at the cost of £44. The courier dumped the sack on my path and left, the sack had 2 big holes in it and was empty. Contacted burns who after a bit of arguing with them blaming the courier, they agreed to resend the order. What they resent was a little ziplock bag with about 15 pieces of kibble in it, probably less than a tenth of what I’d give my dogs for a single meal. Will never order from them again and they’ve lost a potential customer who would have spent approx £800 a year on their dog food.
Edit - I already did vicky and you sent me out a sample size bag that must have been for a chihuahua

My dog has always had Burns food, she is 10, fit and healthy.
My dog is small and needs the small bite, I was directed to the puppy food as the small bite adult was out of stock, the puppy food is the same food.
The delivery was quick and hassle free.

Easy to order, great discount and quick delivery.

Low-fat, high quality wet dog food.
Due to our dog’s medical condition we were looking for a high-quality, single-source protein dog food. Since transitioning her to this Burns product she has been a “happier dog”. The subscription service that Burns runs works well for us and the process is easy to change if required. Very happy with both the product and the service provided by Burns.

We were given a bag from the shelter we got our puppy from and he loves it so didn’t hesitate in buying direct and joining the puppy club.

All easy and correct

I’ve been using Burns pet food since 2000 and it’s never let me down. I’ve had cats and dogs and I like it to giving your children home cooked meals rather than processed food. Having recently getting a new puppy I immediately got Burned puppy food and he’s never looked back. Can’t recommend it highly enough.

I have fed my Lurchers and Greyhounds on Burns dry foods for almost 20 years and found them very good for keeping hounds at at constant weight whilst still maintaining top energy levels..
