I really recommend using this company, they sent and ship my smart speaker very quickly and without any problem. I used the £10 discount voucher, it went of deaf ears at first there was a problem using the voucher but when I was heard the issue was soon fixed. Product is great and was about £40 cheaper that their competitors.

I ordered a Wolf Cub Watchfinder, that was very competitively priced. It was shipped the same day (Sunday) and received the following day.

Offers discount codes while browsing the website, which got me interested. Then it doesn’t work at checkout and says the item is excluded because it’s already the cheapest price online. The discount code said nothing about that. Don’t offer discounts if you’re not willing to back it.

I ordered a turntable with the code T1, not realising the Bluetooth version is a T1 B1. Because I had opened the box to check which one it was, that apparently invalidates their return policy. Initially they didn't offer to change it for the correct one even though it had not been touched, but once I got through to the right person, they were very helpful and helped sort out the problem.
Be careful and read all the T’s and C’s when you order.
It was refreshing to deal with a someone who understands, replies promptly and isn’t a robot.

I purchased a black Beosound A1 2nd gen from Burton Blake. The price was the lowest on the Internet and they offered an extra 10% discount on top. Unfortunately the item was out of stock at the time but I received a very nice email explaining the situation and if I was happy they would ship as soon as available. About 4 days later I received another email telling me it had shipped and I received the item later that morning. I was very happy with the service I received and would definitely buy from them again. Best price around and free express delivery.
