We first came across Business Utility Renewals by chance while dealing with a change of tenancy that had been miscategorised. From the outset, they were incredibly helpful. we were impressed enough to start giving them the occasional contract to set up.
Over time, thanks largely to Nick Marshall’s honesty, reliability, and hard work, they’ve become our go-to for nearly all our supplies. Not only have they saved us a significant amount of money, but what really sets them apart from most brokers is their willingness to go above and beyond.
On one occasion, a supplier had massively overcharged us, and they stepped in without hesitation and helped get it resolved. Time and time again, they’ve demonstrated a fantastic level of commitment and duty of care.

I work for a tiny charity. Sultan from BUR contacted me to help with my renewal. When it became clear that we use so little energy that the company would not make any commission from us, he continued to help us out and make sure we had the best deal.

Very Reassuring and lots of advice had time to really explain the breakdown and what could happen in the future.
