I love the range of organic products and the delivery service is great. Could only improve their quinoa packaging as its arrived pierced a couple of times resulting in spilled quinoa inside the box

Great organic products.
Great soil association organic products which I can't find elsewhere. The packaging I find a challenge though. I presume it's all recyclable?

Misleading Product Name
I wanted Wheatgerm. If I'd wanted Wheat Bran I would have ordered that. Was dismayed, when the Wheatgerm arrived to see on the back that it's actually a mix of the two. I didn't want that :(

Resposta da Busy Beans Organic
Dear Fiona,
Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear you were disappointed with the Wheatgerm you received.
Please note that the full ingredients and product details are clearly listed on the product page, so there is no misleading information. In the market, there are products made of pure wheatgerm as well as wheatgerm combined with other parts of the grain, and we always display the correct information so customers can make an informed choice.
That said, we completely understand your concern. You are very welcome to return the product, and we operate a no-return-fee policy, so you won’t incur any costs.
Thank you again for bringing this to our attention.
Kind regards,
Busy Beans Team

Disappointing
I never received an email confirmation of my order, Even after I contacted the company about this problem. when it arrived, only Half of my order was good quality, (the spirulina powder and the cacao nibs) but the organic savoury was extremely poor quality and I bought a large quantity. it taste so bitter it’s in edible. I’m really disappointed, as that was the main item I want it on my order. I really regret doing this order.
