I purchased what i thought was a legitimate deal on facebook but when i checked the receipt it was for a subscription to this company. I have contacted them various times to advise that they are part of a scam process but they would not listen or refund the money. I have reported them to the FCA and also my credit card company. Avoid dealing with them at all cost!

A couple of weeks ago, I wanted to create a new business plan for my company and was looking for a professional template.

Spent ages answering there questions, filling in content and to be honest the end product was basically exactly what I had typed in in word format.

They wanted a subscription which I cancelled straight away as the product was crap only to find today they tried to change my account £53.00 under the Merchant planmybusiness.com. Thankfully Lloyds Bank blocked the payment and the fraud team have got onto me straight away.

Be warned, double check your subscription is cancelled unless you like their products

Scammers.. scammed me on facebook for £38!! Stay away

I made a purchase through fb advert for £1 it then brought up another payment page for £2.99, I thought this is a scam so went no further. A week later a payment went out of my credit card for £37!! I didn't authorise this payment. I disputed it with credit card company & they have refunded it to me. However they've told me to cancel my subscription with them, I've not set up a subscription & can't find a way to get in touch with them so I'm very worried about them taking another payment.

This company took a payment for £9.95 from my account for a so called storage bin which didnt arrive what a suprise. I rang my bank who told me they had set up a subcription payment but he put an hold on it thankfully. Today I get a bank alert regarding £37 tried to be taken but thankfully it has been stopped. Avoid a Facebook name of Jacqueline Hines SCAMMER in a moment of I would vulnerability I fell for it. Avoid.

Scam. Pretending to be Screwfix and took £9.95. Cancelled credit card immediately and visa applied a successful chargeback. Facebook need to sort this companies out ASAP

Went through Facebook to purchase a package from boots. Had £37 took out my account. I got in touch with them and they said the account was closed but would not refund the amount and we kept going round and round in circles. I spoke to my bank who replaced my card to stop any further transactions. Feel annoyed at myself for going through Facebook but I will never do it again. Disgusting company.

Too good to be true? Absolutely. Likely ths will cost me a tenner, but full marks to Capital One for cancelling my card so quickly.

Got scammed on fb for a funeral service on 11th July 2025 contract the bank they have blocked any further payments but how do u get ur money bk off this company

advertised as outdoor storage box from B&Q.Was just a scam.Took £9.95 from my account in the morning then£37.00 in the afternoon.Have had my bank block them but they said i would to contact these low lifes to get my money back.But it seems the creatures who run this scam play hard to contact.Avoid at all costs

ESTA WEB ES UNA ESTAFA, SE HACEN PASAR POR LA EMPRESA "RITUALS" EN UNA COMUNICACION DE CUMPLEAÑOS DONDE SUPUESTAMENTE PAGARÍA EL ENVÍO DE UN REGALO Y DONDE TODO ERA UN FRAUDE. EL CARGO EN LA TARJETA APARECE COMO "Busymeetplan" y ES UNA SUSCRIPCIÓN. NO TE DEJES SORPRENDER POR ESTOS ESTAFADORES.

I purchased elimis set via boots on fb £9.95 of course it was a scam! They then attempted to take £37 from account,fortunately vank rejected 2 weeks later attempted £37 again,this time easyscheduler com.
The only way to stop these payments is to cancel card & request a new one via bank/fraud dept.. .total scam!!

BUSYMEETPLAN.COM is a total scam.
I taught I bought a M&S hamper for £9:95 on Facebook. I waited for confirmation and receipt and delivery date but didn't receive any when I checked £9:95 and £37.00 have taken from my credit card. I have since contacted my bank for a refund. I contacted this company on line for refund as I have not subscribe or brought anything from them they are saying they can not refund my money . Avoid any sales on line as this can be a scam. The company is a scam collecting money on people account on false pretense by advertising as a reputable company such as M&S, Boots etc . Avoid! Avoid!!

This is a scam, as previous i ordered a deal from facebook for boots products, they ended up taking £37, which the bank stopped, then itseems there was a monthly subscription of £9.95, it's a scam, beware

Stupidly made a purchase of £9.99 from a FB link for an item from Boots. Immediately became suspicious when the transaction came up as Busymeetplan. I rang the bank and cancelled my credit card. However, the money had already been taken. They attempted, unsuccessfully to take a further £37 from my card today but I had received an alert from the bank asking me to contact them.
Please beware!

How can I contact these people, as I made a purchase for £9.95 which at the time I thought was legit but now they have taken another £36 from my account. My bank has told me I need to cancel a subscription, which i never signed up for. But my bank have put a warning on my account, so no future payments will go out. Please can anybody help?
