Hands on customer service by Peter was great. I first ordered a classic Red Butt Buffer for my red Indian Roadmaster, but it clashed. No questions asked, Peter offered a full refund. I then ordered the Black Pebble Polymer pad. Did my first 250 ride through NC mountains on it today. It is a huge improvement over my stock seat. Butt stayed cool and my back dont hurt.

When I received the Butt Buffer I was disappointed about how thin it was. I tried it on our Harley and it fit but was not comfortable. So I had to send it back. Loved the design on the cover.

Prior purchase. I let the wife use my Butt Buffer and she liked it so well she had to have her own. I don’t ride long distance without it.

Ordering process and shipping were great. The product has a strong oder even a week after delivered. I am sure it will eventually fade.

The comfort and attachment system are great so far, have yet to do a long ride on it.

My only real complaint is the cover is very slick on the top side and you tend to slide around on it.

After watching a few reviews I ordered one. It shipped super fast. It’s simple. Easy to use and gets the job done. I first tried it on the couch and knew right away it would be comfortable. It is! I’d recommend getting one. The company and the pad are great!

It is well made, and stays in place by itself and can be made more permanent with the provided clips and straps. Shipping was fast and email communication was excellent from the seller. However, as far as the pad I really didn’t get the relief I was hoping for as far as not having issue such as numbness and ache with being on the seat for long rides on our 2023 Indian Chieftain Dark Horse. I even had my wife use it in one of our recent rides and she felt the same that it was good / ok, but she expected more relief - especially for the price. Not a bad pad; just expected a little more “relief while on the seat for longer periods of time. I have many, many years of riding motorcycles and rode as a motorcycle officer for several years - so needless to say my “butt” is used to motorcycle seats; therefore, I will continue to test it out on future rides to see if I notice any improvement and reevaluate if there is any new info.

Received the pad in a very short time. Tried it out today and felt a significant difference. Have a 3 week trip coming up and this will a lot!

Working the company was very easy as had many questions before considering purchasing.

I received a quality product at a fair price, delivery was prompt, and when I called with a question, I was treated with respect, the gentleman was professional, and knew his product.

Shipping was quick product is as it was described and is a quality product. However it has not proven to be as fantastic for me as it has for others. I am looking for a cushion for a ride to Alaska, it is definitely an improvement over my regular seat and. this will be part of the solution but not the final solution.

This is from someone who doesn't give reviews, but this product deserves a review. I've only put about 500-600 miles on it, but 100 of them took over 4 hours. After being in the saddle that long there was no back, butt, pain or numbness of any kind. No sweating either. The build quality and comfort is outstanding. It stays in place without shifting so no having to stop to make adjustments. So if you are looking for short or long distance comfort, this product is worth every penny. And as soon as my wife is able to get back on the bike, she will have one also. Thanks to all of you who make this product.

The product seems pretty good, will be testing it out on a very long ride soon.

Great product! If you ride a lot, you need one of these.

Back in 2010, I attended the 'Roar on the Shore' rally in Erie, PA, and, after watching a very convincing demo of the product, bought my first Butt Buffer.

Since that time, I have purchased three more, including the most recent acquisition of an 11 x 11 to use on the saddle of my Triumph Tiger 900 Rally Pro. After just one ride, I can say it's not only a way to make the saddle far more comfortable, but it's also a great, inexpensive way to enjoy riding without the cost of a replacement saddle.

The Butt Buffers I have purchased over the years are still in use; they're durable, well made, and I recommend them whenever I'm asked about saddles and saddle cushions.

Just disappointed after reading the reviews I purchased the buffer and was excited to get it real fast but it didn't help my butt any still had the same issues aching and numbness after only riding hour and a half
