Paid $540 for an item. Never received tracking info. Contacted them and they said it would be tomorrow. Six days passed, no tracking. Contacted again, requested refund. They said it had been issued. Never received. I'm reporting to PayPal and to FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION. The address is a UPS store in New York and the phone number goes straight to voice mail. BEWARE!!!

It's definitely a scam!!! Do not order from them. I never received my item; it has been over a month, and they never even provided me with a tracking number, even after asking multiple times. To get a refund, they wanted me to download a form. If the computer hadn't stopped it, it probably would have given my computer a virus. And I am pretty sure he told me I would have to provide my checking account number to receive the refund, although I paid with a credit card as he stated!

Ordered a pet door on April 16 and inquired as to status on April 23 via email. Support replied that the door shipped but cannot provide a tracking number. I looked at my email confirmation and Keba is not capitalized. The email is spelled support at butterbykiba.com and not Keba with an E as listed on the website. The last 4 of my card number is also not listed on the invoice. A google search of this site reveals that the site was just started on March 26 and already has several scam complaints with no one reporting that they received their merchandise from this company. The scammers are getting more sophisticated. I vaguely recognized the brand name, saw they had a street address in NYC, an email and phone number and assumed the site was legit. A phone call to the company was unanswered with a generic greeting of "Please leave your message." Stay away from this site.

Don't buy from them, it's a scam , they don't respond back timely, been 2 weeks and product still hasn't been delivered so don't waste your time with them

DO NOT BUY HERE. It is a scam. I ordered a Breville coffee maker April 5. They sent order confirmation and went dark for a week. I followed up via phone and no one picks up. I emailed and dont get a response. I used their chat and its a rotation of people (unless its a bot) who have no clue what is going on and keep asking the same info. Finally after 2 weeks and me following up nearly everyday they tell me they are shipping it. They send me a Fedex tracking # and when it shows delivered nothing shows up. I find out from Fedex they gave a tracking number from a different company altogether for an item that was a quarter of the weight. They lie repeatedly and have terrible customer service at best and are likely fraudsters. Never got my shipment and they did not respond to me at all even after I found out all of this.
