Hi Rachel,

I’m really sorry to read this and completely understand why you were left feeling frustrated.

The delay, the lack of replies, and the fact your cancellation request wasn’t dealt with properly is not the level of service I want anyone to receive from Buttercup. I know it’s even more frustrating when you’ve taken the time to chase and then feel ignored.

I’m genuinely sorry we let you down here. I’ll be reviewing what happened with your order because this clearly should have been handled much better.

I’m really sorry for the experience you’ve had here. I completely understand why you’d feel so frustrated, especially after waiting, chasing, asking to collect, and then still not getting a clear resolution.

I’m really sorry to read this. An order not arriving, followed by no clear communication, is simply not good enough and I completely understand why you’d be so disappointed.

I’m really sorry for the experience you’ve had with us.

Waiting 19 days with poor communication, especially after you offered to change colour due to stock issues, is not the service we should be giving. I completely understand why you felt let down and why you’d be looking to recover the money through your card provider.

I’m sorry we didn’t communicate properly and didn’t give you the confidence that this was being handled. That’s on us, and I’ll be reviewing what happened.
