This is a scam website! Luckily I went through PayPal which was able to refund my money. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Scam paid for Express 2 weeks later nothing . This Peter doesnt speak English well and does nothing but tell you to keep waiting reporting site for fraud.

Recently purchased boots for a halloween costume. Initially was assured the product would come in on time. Paid a hefty shipping fee to help ensure. Spoke to Amy daily to update status of shipping. Because of shortages we came to realize getting it on time to US was unrealistic 😞 Amy quickly cancelled and refunded me so I could come up with a plan B. Customer service was fantastic even though we were across the world from each other😁I look forward to trying them in the future based on this excellent customer service. Thankful for their honesty and effort!

Like others wish I had checked Trustpilot. Ordered a dead pool costume in a kids XL supposed to be for 140-150cm according to their size guide. Costume that arrived measures 120cm and will never fit my son. Emailed them and sent photos. Communication very poor and refusing to send the correct size but want to offer me a £15 refund for a £36 costume that doesn’t fit! Avoid this company

Awful quality, looks nothing like the pictures.
They're not even trying to make a good product, it's a straight up rip off.

I regret not checking before ordering. I paid a HEFTY price for express shipping for the item to arrive by Friday. I emailed as I noticed my order had not been shipped. They said if I need it by Friday it won't arrive. I questioned why promise a date and make me pay knowing you cannot fulfil the order? Knowing it hadn't been shipped yet I said id like like cancel. "Peter" who had replied previously ignored me until he marked it as shipped and then said he can no longer cancel. This website needs to be shut down, they're a scam who probably make the majority of their money through that nonsense express shipping rate. AWFUL!

Absolutely disgusting service !!’ I paid for Express shipping, and a week later it’s still in China …. Never again would I purchase from them, they responded to my first email but when I told them I would be sending the item back ( when it eventually gets here) I have had no response ….

They take your money (and the hefty additional fee for 'express shipping') and then tell you after a week that they haven't shipped your item and that it definitely wont arrive a week later.

They also advise that they ship from Germany, when in fact they ship from china.

Shambles and something needs to be done about them.

Would happily update the review if they actually responded to emails, but waiting 48 hours for a reply at a time is simply not good enough.

If you take your chances, pay through PayPal so that you at least have buyer protection to fall back on.

I would never order or do any business with Cosplay again. My daughter ordered a costume for her last Halloween year of going out and it never arrived. After numerous attempts at contacting them, messaging and requesting refund, there has been no response nor resolution. Please save your money and do not order from this company.

paid for a costume and never got any updates of when it would ship. contacted them at the 4 week mark asking for a status and they decided to tell me they couldn't fulfill my order because of inventory on pieces. i paid extra for another costume of theres and they shipped me that one with missing pieces as well. do not order from them unless you feel like getting ripped off.

Terrible. Ordered a deadpool costume.. It's quality is awful. Arrived with a damaged seem. Emailed the company to get a refund all they offered was £5 for me to go and get it fixed. Also paid for Express and it came well after the estimated time. Dont waste your money. This company is a joke. They deserve to go out of business.

We placed an order for a Dealpool costume, selected XL expecting it to be like a UK XL and it was huge and we didn't realize it was coming from china either!! we paid for express delivery which did not happen, it arrived 2 weeks later they have not once said they will refund us the cost of this!! once we realized it was too big i emailed the company straight away only to be told that we cant return it. We can only return it if its is damaged or items missing! What other company works like this? I asked them to tell me where it states this on their website and i'm yet to received an answer! Because it doesn't!!! it only states if the product is customized then it cant be returned not if it doesn't fit. I've asked them lots of questions which they haven't answered, all they keep saying is we cant return it. What a load of.....!!!
Absolute joke of a company - DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!

I ordered the Miles Morales costume October 1st and I wish I had looked for reviews on the site before doing so. 2 days after purchase I get an emailed stating a need to fix a measurement error and I replied back quickly stating it remeasured and still got the same measurement. Didn't receive another email until 14th that said they never heard from me and once again I emailed quickly and never got a response and never heard from them again. Tried emailing them with the same result and it wasn't until I looked up the reviews I gave up hope. First time I had an issue with online ordering and definitely feel scammed. Filed a dispute on the $200+ charge. Save yourself the headache and stay away.

This company is the absolute worst. The costume I ordered looks nothing like the one I received. They refuse to let me return for a refund. After an hour of talking to them they have started to ignore my messages. They have the worst costumer service and the quality of their costumes is awful. Do not trust this company. I have wasted $100 on something I will never wear because it is so hideous.

I purchased an Assassin's Creed costume from buy-cosplay with the expectation that, because I paid for altering to the costume to fit better, it would show up and fit properly. That is not what I received. The pants were those one size fits all elastic waistband pants. They were too large without stretching and didn't fit in the legs. The entire upper half of the costume, including the jacket arrived at least 2 sizes too big. Not to mention that as I was trying it on for the first time a button fell off.

When I reached out to them, I received not a single response. I emailed them, attempted to use their live chat feature, and even tried calling but could not get in touch with them. After 2 days of waiting I received an email. They asked for photos to prove that the costume did not fit, which I sent. The reply I received stated that from what THEY could tell, the costume fit and asked me to take down a review I wrote on Site Jabber. They also mentioned NOTHING about the picture where the “custom” pants were hanging well below my waist, and focused on a comment I made about the pants being the same color.

The only thing this company was worried about was that I took my review down and they asked me to keep the costume!
While this company does send a general semblance of the costume being purchased, I could have paid almost $100 less and gotten the costume from Spirit at about the same quality.

This site is a complete rip off and I would suggest staying away from them unless you have general one size fits all measurements.

This company is definitely professional for producing costume for cospaly. I am very glad to cooperate with them. I bought Assassin's Creed IV Black Flag Edward James Kenway Adult Halloween Cosplay Costume , cost me about $108.1.

I compared the price with many sellers on amazon, this seller’s price is very attractive, actually I'm worried about the quality is too poor.

When I received my package I found that my worries is unnecessary! The quality is perfect, and it looks like the picture and the character! The package also included a free pendant. Cool!

The pants is long for me ,but it’s fine. i joined our Corporate parties with this costume. many colleagues said that i was like Edward James Kenway!

this site is a total rip off, the products they sell are nothing like the pictures they advertise and my item arrived damaged which I was not happy about at all, after emailing them they agreed to give me a full refund if I sent the item back (to China!) I sent the item back and tracked the delivery online, they received it weeks ago and I have not received a penny back! also they have completely stopped replying to me!!

Stay away from this comapny/site!!!
