Jonathan was really easy to work with and they were very transparent and professional throughout the whole sales process. I definitely recommend BuyBox to anyone looking for an investment property. Their team was quick to respond and make updates as needed.

My wife and I were struggling with an insurance settlement due to a fire in a house that was rented, The house was solid and salvageable, but in need of more work than we were willing to take on. We met with several "house buyers". They all made offers and the terms were not often clear. My wife called Buy Box. We accepted their offer because it was competitive and the terms were exactly what we wanted to hear. Jonathan, our contact at Buy Box explained every detail. Buy Box took care of the cleanup of belongings left behind, the title search, expedited the procedure (even though much of the work took place during the Christmas holiday season when many people were taking off), and arranged for the closing to take place at our house so we didn't have deal with the bad weather that occurred that week. Payment was deposited in our checking account within days of the closing. Fire damaged property is condemnable, uninsurable, and a huge liability if it someone sustains an  injury there. My wife and I were relieved when the sale was completed and happy with the cash we received.

Could not be happier with the service. I was going through a divorce and needed to sell quickly. I worked with Micah and Jonathan. They moved quickly, sold my house faster than they originally estimated, and took care of literally everything. I just had to sign the papers. Micah and Jonathan where extremely efficient and great to work with. The selling of a loved one's house can be very emotional but Buybox explained every step along the way and there were no surprises throughout the entire process. Everything happened exactly the way they said it would. I received exactly what the original quote was for my dad's house. There was no haggling or nickel and diming. I had never heard of BuyBox, but I was impressed with all the good recommendations I read online. I called several other companies before I decided to go with BuyBox. I had decided to give BuyBox a try since they are based in Pittsburgh and had a satisfaction (happiness) guarantee. They held my hand through the whole process with no hassles. They patiently answered every question. I picked the closing date, and they worked with me when I had to push it back due to surgery. Micah started the process with me and was great. Jonathan who took us to the finish line was also wonderful. BuyBox gave us a fair price, no closing costs and no surprises. I would give them 10 stars if possible.

Jonathan and Micah made the entire house selling process so easy, from photos to offer (we had 3 offers and Buybox was the best) to closing. The entire team stayed in touch to keep us up to date on their progress, and to ensure we had no questions or concerns. When we did have questions, we received prompt, direct responses. A couple days prior to closing the accounting team provided a copy of the paperwork for our review. Closing day came and was extremely simple.
