The key for win 11 pro doesn't work. I tried to contact them to solve the problem and I didn't get any response.
So far, I have lost my money and have no working key.

We sent refund even we know that's wasn't our problem .
The key is working ,you bought a pro version to activate home version and its doesn't make sense.
Even that we offre free upgrade tutorial explain how to upgrade,but you wasn't able to upgrade .
And i tell you where you did mistake on the upgrade,when disconnected from the internet and you insert the key to upgrade dont insert the key you bought from us,you must insert the key written on the upgrade steps.
After restart connect to the internet and use your key to activate.
