Buy Insulation Avaliações

You as a company great. Well priced and very professional.
I'll probably be using you to complete my project.
However . Your delivery driver damaged 10 of the plaster boards upon delivery which i thought was a bit excessive.
A lot of the boards had to be trimmed to fit so I'm not making a complaint.
.

Top notch fast delivery and a great service

Ordered two rolls of foiled roll insulation. My experience was spot on was dispatched in good time. no complaints

Hi Elliot

I realised we ordered too much and wanted to return the insulation but no one picked up the phone or replied to emails. It’s still sitting in my house unused.

I recently purchased pipe insulation from Buy Insulation and am very pleased with my purchase. A great experience overall, and I’m happy to recommend this shop to anyone looking for insulation for their home or renovation project. I would definitely buy from them again. Five stars!

Absolutely impossible to get hold of anyone. Tried email/phone. Only received half my order.

Update: I managed to get through to the Parent company K&G DISTRIBUTION LTD. I got the rest of my order sent. When it arrived it was the wrong size and missing one bit.

Tried to contact again via email and phone with no luck for a week. Rang K&R again and hoping to get a resolution.

Insulation boards were as advertised with quick but costly delivery.
Shame I had to buy a minimum of 5 boards when I only needed 3.

from order to delivery all was excellent, would order from them again.

Easy to use website, decent price and fast dispatch.

Great product, great price, fast delivery! Highly recommend Buy Insulation

The insulation was cheap, thats a fact, but it wasn't delivered when it was scheduled and this was because buyinsulation.co.uk put a random address on it, why? Who knows? I tried to call buyinsulation.co.uk but the phone number just keeps getting cut off. Eventually I sorted the address issue through a very helpful woman at fedex and had to go to leeds to pick it all up. Then when I got home I opened the box to find the size of the pipe lagging was incorrect, the pick slip on the package was correct, so they had just decided to put some other random stuff in the box. What a disaster, I don't think I will be using this company again.

Never recived my order, and the sales team dont bother replying to my emails.

The delivery was very prompt and efficient.

The product was as described and delivered on time.
It enabled the work to be carried out easily and quickly.

Great service, received my items next day.

The website is easy to navigate and very user friendly.
I ordered the 19mm thick pipe insulation and reels of tape.
The order arrived promptly and all intact.
I will use buy insulation again.

The insulation was delivered quickly and well packed. The size was 28mm bore by 19mm thick. This was for heat pump feeder pipes that the seagulls had pecked for their nests! I had no trouble cutting the lengths and the self sealing edges are easy to line up and stick, particularly as the outside of the insulation is quite smooth. A nice product and good value.

Product was good.
Returned to order again.
Great experience overall.

good quality, good pricing, overall great service

Good quality external pipe insulation at a great value price. Quick delivery but the delivery costs were a bit pricey but I suppose that is out of the company's remit.
