Good product

Arrived quickly and work great with my MDJ-900 decks

Placed my order on 22nd August, it's now 1st September and I have still not received it. I would have bought it from somewhere else if I knew it was going to take this long.

Great product delivered quickly. The only downside was lack of communication.

Buykingston was fine, all went well with good communication. However they used Royal Mail Tracked 48hr delivery which ended up taking five days to arrive. Not Buykingston's fault but maybe use different delivery options.

The flash drive is fine the price good but delivery is soo slow i could have walked to the warehouse quicker

The only thing that went right, was I eventually got the item!

Initially delayed delivery due to a supply issue (not a big issue). But then things got worse.

Item delivered to wrong address, when I told them I had not received it, they confiurmed it had been delivered to the wrong address, and when I clarified this they went on to send me proof that the item had been delivered to thee wrong address.

They then ignored me for a while, until i said I needed an item sending out or a refund, else I would be looking to do a chargeback or small claims court.

They then went onto to state they were going to communicate with their logistics department (not reeally my issue), they then asked me to collect the item from the wrong address (not possible), then asked me for a contact number for the wrong address (even if i had it - I would not give someone elses personal info out!). And eventually they said they would send me a new item as a gesture of goodwill - nevermind their obligatiuon to supply wjat they had already been paid for.

Good price, good delivery time

A first rate service, bought a 64gb memory stick and couldn't get it to transfer files over 4gb, sent an email and got a reply within an hour explainijg how to fix. Really nice to deal with a good company. Received my order within two days of purchase.

Easy to use web site with good selection of quality memory with fast delivery.

The monitor I ordered got successfully delivered eventually, which is great, but a couple of days later than originally planned (Monday the week after instead of Monday-Thursday), and support email address has not been very responsive, took many hours or days and sometimes extra pings to get a response. Also, it would have been convenient to have a tracking link in the original email.

Good delivery of usb memory card/stick has the correct capacity
