The products really work!

The products are fluoride free and really do work! I have multiple missing teeth and I am in pain from all the cavities and demineralized teeth and I have pain from inflammation and sensitivity to hot and cold. LarineCo products really work!

Horrible Customer Service, have been charged multiple times with no refund

They’ve been charging me for two months and sending me product when I asked them to cancel my subscription, since there is no place where I can cancel myself. They told me they sent a link and when I get into the link, there was no cancellation area. I’ve been talking to them for months now to stop my subscription and they refused to refund. There’s a representative that tells me that they’ll give a one time courtesy refund, but then the next one says sorry we can’t do that. There is no supervisor, horrible customer service!!!! don’t get caught in the trap!!!

RUN! do not walk away from this company, RUN!

Unfortunately, we made the mistake of not reading reviews on trust pilot or better business bureau before we trusted this company.

I have never experienced such poor service from a company.

We never signed up for auto subscribe. The EXACT hour that the company withdrew $100 from our account without our approval or awareness - we went on the account and canceled our account and the auto renewals. we received a notice from the company that its too late, nothing they can do. we have not even received these products yet, nor do we want them. We were told that because a shipping label was already created nothing can be canceled or refunded. That is stealing!!!

This company has little no customer service. Please please, do yourself a favor and stay far away from LarieneCo.

They signed me up to an auto subscribe…

They signed me up to an auto subscribe without my knowledge or consent. When they charged me for a subsequent order (which I did not want and had thought I made sure I didn't subscribe to) I asked for a refund keep in mind this was literally 10 or 15 minutes after the fact and I received an email saying that because they ship so fast that it was too late and so I immediately requested a return which I'm not expecting to go well. Unsubscribing the nightmare I did it twice last night so I'm actually gonna go check again today to see if it's been done successfully because I checked my sender information and it said it was a subscription. Absolute maggots the gum literally lasts for about four bites and then it's flavorles. So annoying

I cancel the subscription three times…

I cancel the subscription three times and I kept getting orders. $135.00 for gum is not worth it. The customer service is awful. Excusing there mistake is not worth a refund!!!! Unacceptable. Very disappointed.

Don't buy it!

I would strongly caution anyone considering this product or this company.

The product itself was disappointing and did not meet my expectations at all. However, the bigger issue is the company’s subscription and refund practices.

After my initial order, I was charged and shipped another order through their “Smart Plan” subscription system, even though I did not clearly understand that I was enrolling in recurring shipments. When I contacted customer support immediately to request cancellation and a refund, they repeatedly refused and hid behind their “policy.”

What made the experience even worse was how difficult they made the cancellation process. They claim you can “cancel anytime,” but the cancellation flow is intentionally confusing and frustrating. It should never be this hard to stop recurring charges.

Customer support kept changing their responses:

first saying the order could not be canceled,
then saying subscription orders are never refundable,
then offering discounts to keep me subscribed instead of properly resolving the issue.

This experience felt extremely misleading and customer-unfriendly.

I highly recommend reading all subscription terms very carefully before purchasing from this company. Based on my experience, I would not buy from them again.

Horrible expensive experience

so I ordered this product the gum and the toothpaste which was pretty expensive and it took months to get here and before it even came I cancelled the subscription part of it because it hadn't got here yet and it was going to send me another one in a month so a month and a half later they send me another order anyway after they take money out of my bank account oh yeah let's also mention the fact that there's fluoride in the toothpaste which I didn't see anywhere listed cause I would've never ordered it so it's extremely small tube of toothpaste with fluoride in it that I definitely do not want And couldn't even return so then they sent me a whole Nother set of the exact same stuff that I had already cancelled and took money out of my bank and here we are two months later and still haven't been paid back after I returned the order there's no way to contact them they keep sending you the same bogus email and I would definitely never buy products from these people again and I didn't even notice any kind of changes of any kind with their gum or toothpaste which I didn't use the toothpaste they gave it to a friend gum turns into concrete really after a few minutes

I really do enjoy this gum a lot!

I really do enjoy this gum a lot. The taste is great, it is gentle on my teeth, dare I say good for them and I greatly value that it is a clean product. I have had friends ask for a piece and they also like it!

The whole family likes the gums

The whole family likes the gums. It leaves a clean feeling in my mouth and I can give a bubble gum to my kids without feeling guilty about the not so good things in conventinal gums.

Unauthorized order placed by their system — refused a full refund

I was charged for a second order I never intentionally placed. The company's system automatically generated a second order without my explicit consent or deliberate action. When I contacted customer service to request a refund and return, I was told their policy does not allow refunds for "accidental renewals" — even though I never renewed anything. Their system did.

After escalating the dispute and citing consumer protection regulations, the best they offered was a 20% partial refund — on an order I did not place. I was not offered a return label or a full refund.

Their policy conveniently fails to distinguish between orders a customer places intentionally and orders their system generates automatically. That ambiguity appears to work entirely in their favor.

I am now filing a complaint with the FTC. I would caution anyone considering this company to read their terms very carefully before providing payment information.

Product okay. Customer svc incompetent

The product was okay. The customer service was utterly terrible. I ordered two months and signed up for autoship in March. They shipped another shipment in April. As soon as the payment came out I reached out to find out why and have that order canceled. Instead they offered to switch to a bi monthly plan. I agreed and modified my flavors as well. We'll it is mod may and a third payment just came out. They are refusing to cancel my order and refund and telling me I cant return the product that they are shipping in error.

Edit: After leaving this review I received a refund. Since they made it right and I did like the product, I am changing my review from 1 to 3 stars, as most of my review was based on customer service.

Purchased this product

Purchased this product. Less than 5 minutes after I ordered, I realized the shipping address was incorrect (my mistake) but the billing address is fine. Sent an email and was told that they:
1. Cannot and will not update my shipping address because it's "too late" and the order was "processed within moments".
2. Will not cancel my order, despite their own cancelation guidelines stating that if it's a first time buyer, they will cancel
3. I have to track the shipping and somehow contact the shipping location (I have no way of doing that) and tell them to change the address.
Or
4. Cancel the payment with my bank.
I will have to pay a fee to cancel with my bank.

Ridiculous.

Cancelled my subscription and yet they charged me again. When following up I was met with an AI system that was no help at all. It sends you through multiple loops to cancel and make it extremely hard so they can charge you time and time again.
