They advertise in Mexico, where it's impossible to ship oils or liquids. My package containing shampoo and other items was rejected by customs, and I was told I had to check for myself whether I could order such items and that I would have to pay for shipping and return shipping via UPS. I haven't received a refund, and it won't be the full amount I spent (if I get one at all). I don't understand why you advertise in Mexico if you can't ship anything there. You've wasted my time and money.

Great variety of hard to find products in Australia. Fast and reasonable shipping and pleased that everything I ordered was delivered in good condition.

Very poor service! Extremely dissatisfied.
The website looked very promising, but did not live up to expectations.
They do mention NO additional fees to be paid UNDER a certain amount (which was the case for my order), and I had already paid the taxes when I made the payment. But then I had to pay customs clearance fees on arrival. Poor handling of refunds as well.

I've done my order on the 30th of November. I've received the information that the order has been sent by the 3rd of December, with tracking included. The problem is that the tracking is not international, so it just says that my package has been delivered to the airport of Tokyo. I understand the period, I understand it's coming from Japan, but I wrote two emails asking for an international tracking code and I got no answers. Xmas gifts are there and I would just like to get a short answer.

Flot hjemmeside, godt udvalg af varer. Man kan nemt finde frem til de varer, som har ens interesse. De er momsregistreret, og afregner moms i DK, hvilket gør, at forsendelsen håndteres hurtigt af Postnord. Deres kundeservicer fungerer desværre ikke. Jeg havde kontaktet dem x2, intet svar, hvorfor kun 3 stjerner.

Prices are a bit high but it's normal, i'm literally in the opposite part of the world, but they produce really good products and the ship it's pretty faster than expected!
