Had to book a repair .. company wanted money up front the excess and the rest of the premiums also had to pay own postage for repair. Basically I could have just took phone to a shop and paid out right for what its cost me in premium and excess and postage. Also wanted proof of ownership on claim yet why would you insure something you don't have. Plus you havd to register the phone and codes when you join .
Can't get a hold of anybody and it seems that they've blocked my account so can't do anything from the website, the phone no on their website isn't theirs. Took me 19 mails for BMPI to reset my password, claiming that I don't have an account with them, extremely frustrating to deal with.

Had to change handsets a few times and messed them about, but they have been nothing but obliging and thorough. Great communication from them all them through out..
