The initial order was for 1 item only
The initial order was for 1 item only. The charges were for another 5 items. Not required and not ordered.
However the customer service has been excellent so far although my issue has not been fully resolved I am confident that it will be completed to my satisfaction once I have been provided with return details.

I gave it a try.
When I got your product I had to adjust the mouth guard a couple of times. Once I got comfortable with it, I slept with it several nights. I slept OK, but in the morning my jaw was sore. Then my wife informed me my snoring had returned. That was the whole point of my trying this.

Purchase process was great
Purchase process was great. Problem occurred with all the pushing for additional items. Also, a charge for 19.99 added for what I can't see on the invoice.

They deserve ZERO stars
This company is just a bunch of THIEVES!!!
They deserve ZERO stars! I ordered this item paid for it, tried to cancel but email kept coming back! I had to move so item was delivered and sent back and now no refund! Even filed with PayPal so I’m not sure what lies they told them but no refund! What a world we live in! No product and no refund! STAY AWAY!!!!
You stole my money and I have no product!

Excellent support
I accidentally placed several orders via PayPal, which I then cancelled. The cancellation process was very straightforward and happened straight away. I was absolutely delighted with that.
