I would give zero stars for this company if I was able too. Avoid this company at all costs!!! Like you have read other reviews you can see how terrible this place is. I purchased a phone and it was delivered the following day like the speed of lightening. The phone arrived with 9% charge..I plugged it in and it became piping hot and wouldn't charge past 9%. There was something loose rattling around inside. The phone also started beeping with an in screen warning saying moisture detected in charger port.
This phone was boxed up and returned the following day Monday. They received it on the Tuesday one day later. Since this it has been murder trying to get my refund...it has been constant back and too phone calls and messages that don't get answered...one minute there's nothing been done because I left my pass code on the phone..so ring me and tell me that, but no I had to ring them to find this out...the next day its oh you've left your Google account on the phone, so why are they not ringing me to tell me this. Its me doing all the leg work. Took my Google account off then it has to go through testing. They've had the return for 6 days now... Friday its going through testing it could take 4 days?????. Its now Monday again. Oh it has gone through testing and your are eligible for refund. Damn right I am I know my rights.. I have waited almost a full day and refund not gone through yet...I have no working phone so using other peoples to contacts this company. I am unemployed due to being sick and saved along tome for this phone. Now I have to fight to get my money back...disgusting service.

Purchased a refurb iPhone through amazon.co.uk. The phone arrived quickly and was in great condition. However, the first software update bricked the phone. We sent it back for a refund, then was asked to remove the phone from icloud, now 3 weeks later still no refund, and recieving generic responses from customer serivce team.

Bought 2 phones from this dodgy seller. One came pristine but charger didn’t work. Other came massively cosmetically damaged (marketed as excellent quality) still waiting for a response from them. Guessing this is 400 quid down the drain

Avoid this company as they are dishonest. I bought iPhone 10 in January and it seemed fine. In march it had a severe battery fault that bulged the case etc. it was returned and ‘repaired’. A few weeks later it started acting up with volume control then just turned off and can’t get back on. It was returned again and they say it is Damaged due to a battery fault caused by me using the wrong charger. I only use apple chargers. I have argued for weeks and escalated to Amazon, bottom line is Amazon deny any liability and buyur are just rude and dishonest. I now have a phone that’s useless!

Phone arrived with deep scratch marks long the frame and one of the screw protruding. I sent them photos, complained and got a (tiny £20) discount - I accepted that because I needed the phone and it was in working order. A few weeks later the touch screen stopped working. I sent them photos again (on request) and returned the phone. They contacted me, telling me that the phone had clearly been dropped (sending me pictures of exactly the same marks that had been there all along) and that that voided the warranty. I pointed out that those marks had been there from the start, asked them to check their records (ie the original photos), asked them to show me which damage was new. They did not engage and only kept repeating their original message. Avoid this seller like the plague - it is not worth the hassle

Bought this for my mother in law who is 72, she loves it straight forward to set up and also very simple to use, the emergency button is a fantastic addition ordered and came with in three days, very happy with this phone, I would certainly buy it again.

Decided to return an iPhone XR to the company as I changed my mind after the purchase through Amazon. The process of return and reimbursement was seamless and Buyur could not have been more helpful or efficient. Very impressed and would not hesitate to buy from them again.

My offer was reduced by £50( due to the battery being only 79%), ( it has to be a minimum of 80% to get the full initial offer) something that I feel is not transparent and easy to find on their website so only 4⭐️
The thing that really lets them down though is their customer service (emails not responded to)
Would I use them again? Doubtful
Would I recommend to family & friends? Unlikely

Bought an iPhone XR Renewed from Buyur on Amazon. The package was dispatched and delivered fast. The iPhone XR was packaged in their own 'UR' phone box with a charging cable, power adapter and Sim pin (No EarPods). It has 98% Battery health and is close to brand new with very minor scratches around the iPhone, but everything works as intended.

Overall, I am very pleased with my first renewed phone definitely recommend this seller for renewed phones.

I ordered weeks ago I have no parcel and every time I email am told please wait there is a shortage of material. It is being sent well it’s way over a month and when I try to track the parcel it says not registered not recognised no parcel ????

I would recommend not splitting with your money on this company.

I bought from their Amazon Renewed Listing which states that, "This product is eligible for a replacement or refund within 1-Year of receipt if it does not look like new or work as expected."

The phone stopped working after 11 months, I requested the refund, spent about 3 weeks back and forward with no resolve and they replaced the battery. Which wasn't one of the options. Said that as it was over 3 months old they couldn't give a refund, even though they explicitly say otherwise in their listing.

I'm currently pursing this but I would recommend you save your money and your energy. Buy off someone else but make sure you read the reviews before hand of what happens when your device stops working.

In addition to getting it at the lowest price on Buyur, the shopping experience was smooth and delivery was prompt. Will definitely be shopping with Buyur again.

Ordered about 4pm and arrived by 10am next day, can't ask for faster than that.
Mouse falls a sleep a lot and seems to take ages to connect back you.

1 Week after ordering and confusion reigns.

After 1 week you don't even seem sure that the order has actually been dispatched or not. Shambles.
