Gold withdrawal stuck on there side but refused escalation.

Same issue as I have added below.

i made two withdrawls last night of £30 each. I received one of my withdrawals in 2 hours. The other states processed but I never received this one into my bank.
I raised this at 11:30am today but o be told. By customer support that he could see this was “STUCK ON THERE END”. And told to “ “Please allow 24 hours for our payments team to complete their checks, the funds will either be re-tried or returned to your balance.Should you still have issues with your withdrawal by 23:01 tonight, please get back in touch and we can look into this further for you..
I asked if this could be flagged to there payments team as there was an acknowledgment there was an issue on there side. I was told the following , 4 times just the same standard response and a refusal to raise an escalation.
“ If I raise this now, the payments team will tell me what I am advising you and nothing can be done. You still need to wait the timeframe I HAVE TOLD YOU, ( yea this was actually wrote from the advisor- terrible wording to use and only attracts a negative response)
If you still have issues by 23:01 with the funds tonight, then contact back, as this will be after 24 hours and then I can raise it.
Again I asked for an escalation and told exactly the same.
Terrible customer service and you hit a brick wall with any type of proactive actions

For the second time in a week, a withdrawal I requested from the casino did not get processed and the casino's process for resolving the issue resulted in an unnecessary delays to the payment of my funds.
In each case, I made a relatively small value withdrawal (<£50). Withdrawal requests sit a pending state for an hour before the casino attempts to process them, but once that hour is up, the funds usually appear in my bank account within a couple of minutes. On these occasions, the funds did not arrive, so I reported this via their Live Chat service. The agent confirmed that she could see that the withdrawal was "stuck",but said that this could be a problem with the bank. Of course, if the agent sees that the transaction has not been processed, it is rarely a problem with the receiving bank, but with the casino's payment processor. The agent asked that I contact support again 24 hours after the casino tried to process the payment (I.e. 25 hours after I requested the withdrawal). Their live chat support hours, are only 10am to 10pm, however, so in practical terms this meant waiting an additional 12 hours, since the withdrawals were made after 10pm.
Only after I had contacted the support team again, after this imposed 36-hour wait, would the support team agree to pass this to their own payments team to start looking at the issue. Eventually, the funds get returned to your casino account, but this can take up to 3 days.
My complaint about this process is that once I have reported an issue and the casino has confirmed that there is a problem with the transaction, I ought not to have to contact them a second time just for anyone to agree to look at it. What's more the casino already has the information about the success/failure of each payment transaction, so they should already be aware if an attempted payment to a user's bank account has failed and they should be taking proactive action to resolve it, without requiring the user to complain first - and certainly without forcing the customer to wait a day and a half, only to report the same issue for a second time.
In general, the online casino industry has an unfortunate reputation of delaying payments to customers under any excuse. If Buzzcasino cares about making prompt payments to its customers, it should invest in making sure that such payments issues did not happen in the first place, but failing that, it should ensure that its support processes do not mandate deliberate, additional delays to the resolution of payments problems.

First of all I've been to a buzz bingo…

First of all I've been to a buzz bingo a few times to play bingo and in their slots room. The place is legit yes, won a full house for 200 last time. The slots room there is limited to 100 or 500 max wins/jackpots depending on which machine your playing. We've played a few times and to me it doesn't make sense to play a slot with a limit, id much rather go casino or online where you could potentially win thousands right?
So while I was there playing, every bonus was rigged. I mean out of the 10 we landed and all the other people's id watch, nobody was winning more than 15 pound from a bonus even at 2 pound stakes. So we left and considering we've both played slots online before from different sites, we spoke about it and both thought it was abit rigged.
Anyways few drinks later we head home and make a bad decision, let's try buzzcasino online because we both had accounts now. ( I've personally myself won decent amounts on skyvegas, virgin, ladbrokes and so on) my best win was on virgin games, I won 3.5k from a 50p spin without it being a bonus. So I'm not an amateur, I've been around and know my games abit. Anyways we played on buzzcasino.com and on their slots and it didn't matter what we played or how much we spun, every game felt rigged. Some that have always landed a bonus just didn't land one at all and hardly even dropped any bonus symbols. Then every bonus we did manage to get was somehow all under 10x stake! A few bonuses just spun out without even paying more than a pound after taking 50 pound to land it. I cant even begin to explain but I just knew in my head it felt rigged and as if you can't actually win anything decent.
Once you've ran out of money and go to deposit again, they always suggest a higher deposit! So for example if you deposit 20 first time... the next time you go to deposit it will automatically suggest 60. If you deposit 40, it will suggest 70... put 50 on and it will suggest 100! And I thought that was strange as no other site has ever suggest me to double my last deposit!
We spent abit the first night drunk and didn't win, so we went over to virgin and was winning easy on that site... so next day we suggested going back to buzzcasino.com and trying our luck again after losing the night before. ( you think maybe it's us, maybe cuz we've lost and spent alot they will give us a win) Nope, next day was exactly the same, nothing lands and when it finally does its less than 10x stake.
I literally believe it's somehow a scam or rigged as its not like any other site I've played before. Every game is so dry and starved of bonus symbols, it's like they don't even exist on the reels. My advice is to use another site for slots.

Worst casino site experience ever!!

Without doubt the worst experience I've ever had on a site and left me genuinely wondering if the site is a scam.

Registered and was told I needed to upload proof of ID, which I did, that took a day to be verified. I was then told I needed to upload proof of address, that took another day to be verified. It was laborious but at least I appreciated them asking for verification before you deposit unlike some sites.

On the 3rd day I got confirmation my account was ready and I deposited £20. When I tried to place a bet I kept getting a message saying "gaming was blocked", so I contacted their live chat.

This is where it gets ridiculous. The bloke I spoke to was a waste of time, the worst example of a good customer service agent. Unhelpful, short and just wanted to bump heads. He told me my account had not been verified even though it had been unlocked and allowed me to deposit when previously it hadn't. I explained this to him, I sent him copies of the emails Buzz had sent me confirming all documents had been verified but he was still having none of it.

Eventually I said it wasn't worth it and would just be withdrawing the 20 quid....... and was told I wouldn't be able to until my account was verified!!!!

Leave well alone, ridiculous practices from a less than reputable site and I'd strongly advise people to look elsewhere.

my wife self excluded her self two years ago but thay have done it to my account as well with out my permission i asked to show me evidence that i did but thay don't have any so why is my account excluded by itself because I've 100% not done it.

Absolutely vile people

Another session, same old crap. Bonus very very very difficult to come. When it does finally give one, it’s a pathetically small amount. SIMPLY CANNOT WIN AT THIS CASINO. does not matter which game and at what amount of stake they are played at!!!
So far, every month for 12 months, £50 (limit).

Terrible casino site with very bad bonus if you ever get one really bad wins would definitely not recommend it as its just one of those sites that take take take very little wins I would recommend recording livestream every time you play like me and upload it to you tube and main stream media sites for everyone to see how bad it plays not worth wasting your money buy an Easter egg instead more worth the money
