I reached out to BWT to move my camper. Their price was competitive with other transporters so I contracted with them. That was a mistake. I drove 600 miles round trip in one day to prep the camper for transport. They missed the pickup one day later May 1, 2026. Never called etc. I called, emailed and texted Denis. Finally got an email and text saying the driver had truck problems and would pickup Sunday May 3, 2026 72 hours after the first missed pickup. Guess what! No pickup no response. USE THIS AS A WORD OF CAUTION WITH THIS COMPANY! Due to the missed dates the campground is charging me $65.00/day. You do the math.

Mac was a great agent that helped me through the entire process of getting my motorcycle shipped from Arizona to Texas he helped stay within budget even found some cheaper rates and walked me through everything, communicated perfectly throughout the entire time. Super streamlined

NEVER do business with this company! They bait and switch and then hold you hostage while they jack up the agreed upon contract and if you want out can charge a $200 fee. First encounter was 8/25/25 with a Luke Nilson who made all the empty promises a greasy salesman does, then onto 8/26/25 with a Kobie Johnson who followed up on the bait and switch program they operate. I've been waiting since 8/26/25 to receive my motorcycle from Florida to TX. when I was told it would be 2-3 days. Now on the 6'th day this Kobie doesn't return phone calls as well as the driver they contracted with, someone named Carlos, who is just as unprofessional as the rest of the SOB's. I learned the hard way to review the company and never sign a contract. Never again. Do not make my mistake.!
At 12pm noon time in TX 9-1-25 I'm still waiting on a ph call and delivery of my Bike.!

I liked the honesty, the delivery took longer than I expected, but it was done professionally, driver was reachable at all the time, he shared his location the whole time. Dispatcher also tried their best, price was reasonable. Transaction was smooth. Kobie did a great job. Thanks Kobie.

Booked over a month in advance. First everything went great. Now the day before pick up I can't get a direct answer. Dispatch can't find a driver to take my shipment because they lowballed the quote. Now I'm stuck with no way to move my home.

My car shipment went smoothly without any issues and BWT group was very commutative during the process and the driver picked up and delivered my car on time. Highly recommend

they are so efficient and easy to communicate with and i would really recommend it to anybody who wants to use them!

We came to Bwt group after being burnt by another firm that did not deliver what was promised. We were cautious to not be scammed when we turned it bet group for help. Cooper helped us and worked to fulfill our needs for towing of our 2 travel trailers with a sway control to keep our trailer safely on the road and the integrity of the structure secure. (It was amazing how many firms do not use sway control hitches recommended by mfgers.) We had to wait a bit to get the right driver but he came through and cooper promised the driver was one of their best drivers they use. He was right. Thank you Cooper for your patience and perseverance and your willingness to go the extra mile for us. We thank you!

The driver, Andrew arrived early, was very thorough and followed good safety practices. He double checked everything. He was prepared for every circumstance we encountered. With the moving of my sisters trailer the battery was dead and the electric hitch wouldn’t operate and he had a charger to get it working right away. He did an excellent job with both travel trailers that needed to be move. Our sincere thanks go out to you both.

From scheduling to progress and final delivery, BWT Group Logistics was excellent. Originating in Georgia and driving out an 18' trailer to Norther CA...they completed it without incident.

They handle my transportation, and the shippers are very professional he followed up with me till I got my Boat and helped me find a krane and keep the minimum price than other companies, and I'm away for a business trip

This company will harass you. I never wanted to transport a car and yet they have been messaging n bombarding me about a vehicle I do not even own. They started harassing me today at 6am. Today is a holiday legally they aren't supposed to contact anyone today to solicit. Further more they are never suppose to do it before 8am.
