This company is rogue, no customer service, no reply to emails or acknowledgement of the contact form.
Quality of the goods are so awful I have binned mine. No charity shop would ever display them.
You are a disgraceful con company!

I ordered a dress 26th May. Received 4th June, e-mailed on 5th to politely express my disappointment. The dress was of very poor quality for the price, and the wrong length. I asked how to return for refund. Sent many emails, never received one reply. Shocking!

If I could give zero, I would! Ordered a dress, waited ages for it to arrive, when it finally arrived it looks completely different to what it looked like on the website. I have contacted so many times but have never received anything back. Complete scam!!!!

Complete scam. Circus tent sized dress arrived and no response from the email. No website either.

Scam- brought a dress £32 looks nothing like picture- nothing like the size either / no returns site no answer from there email! Avoid!! Unless you want a plastic frock and be £££ down!
Total scum scammers

Total scam, ordered 2 dresses and they are terrible quality! Followed return instructions and I have had nothing back after emailing 3 times and using their website link.
Unfortunately I think it is a total scam.

The dress I ordered and received had no labels attached- poor quality and it took a long time to come. I followed the return instructions as shown on their website by sending emails and using their website comment box. I've heard nothing back. So I'm stuck with a dress I don't want and that doesn't fit and apparently no way of returning. What a waste of money! There is no contactable customer service so I would advise do not order as this is a scam.

SCAM - wrong dresses arrived . Asked for refund - no response.

SCAM SCAM SCAM . IMPOSSIBLE TO RETURN . THE DRESS I ORDERED WAS NOTHING LIKE THE ONE I RECIEVED SO WANTED TO RETURN . I SENT 5 E MAILS TO THE E -MAIL STATED FOR INSTRUCTION ON RETURNS . NO REPLY AT ALL. NO OTHER CONTACT INFO . STUCK WITH AND PAID FOR AWFUL DRESS

I bought two dresses from the website. One was too big, one was too small. I sent an email explaining that I would like to return both dresses under the 30 day money back guarantee. They sent a response saying I could keep the dresses and they would send me one different size dress if I paid £8 (half of the postage). I thanked them for their kind offer but said I would like to still return my order and receive a full refund. I have now emailed 4 times and I have not had a single further reply. I am now stuck on what to do and how to get a response. I'm also stuck with two dresses that I can't wear and that I paid a decent amount of money for. Awful customer services.
