The jewellery from By Glaze is undeniably beautiful with simple yet elegant designs. Their products are of good quality and come at a fair price. I appreciate that they focus on sustainability, and the delivery was quick. While I'm happy with my purchase, I find the experience to be satisfactory overall.

I have a few items of By Glaze…
Update: I have not received a response to my email nor any emails in my junk or deleted inbox, as I have gone through and checked. I receive your marketing emails so it’s odd I am not receiving anything else from you.
I have a few items of By Glaze jewellery that I absolutely love and wear everyday. But I also have the Pearl Huggies and the pearls keeping falling out. I also brought my sister the Pearl cuff for her birthday and the stones have also fallen out of hers too.
I emailed By Glaze just to let them know for feedback but never received a response which is such a shame, because I’d keep buying their products but I don’t feel like they care about the negative feedback. Or that some of their products are the best quality.

I'm a huge fan of By Glaze jewellery. My sister bought me a pair of earrings for my birthday earlier this year and I loved them so much I treated myself to a matching earring and necklace set. It's a huge bonus that they're sustainably made by a woman-owned business in the UK. Highly recommend!
