Outrageous scam. Ordered a lawnmower on 26th september with delivery window 2 to 6th october. Emailed a persin called 'chloe' about delay, and no response. Their UK trading address is a house in London, not a commercial property. Emailed another address on their website and im now getting emails from americans who think im selling a car! Imo, do not under any circumstances buy anything from them as the whole website appears to be a well(ish) developed scam.

I'm only giving it one star because there's no option for none! 100% scam.... Avoid like the plague.
Ordered a shed... Then alarm bells rang ( yes I should have dug deeper)
Bank statement lists receiving account as a clothes retailer... Name not the same as I ordered from. No follow up communication. Photo of item changed and email contact was a personal address.. Plus photos and details on the site are lifted directly from Amazon. My Bank will refund me the money but ntl... Scammers are everywhere. Beware!!

100% SCAM. Ordered lawnmower, no updates, didn't arrive, no response from Bystelle to emails, Manchester number given is unobtainable. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Ordered a lawnmower, received no updates, no response from email, telephone is unobtainable, so not hopeful lawnmower will ever be received. Have contacted credit card to put in dispute
