really great service
come on man I don't think I've ever gotten such a good service before I buy a vps and then I make a ticket because I don't think I could go to payment but just as I make a ticket there's a guy from their support team and he's really friendly and I explain that I don't think I could pay and then the Dyren_ flies in and starts helping me he says some things I try but I still don't really think I can get it to work it works and then the zetlexdk himself comes and says do it and then it works 100% and when I check my panel later in the day I think it was 2 hours later it says that my vps is up and running and then there were some small things I did not understand so I write inside the ticket again then the Dyren_ is ready he sat and wrote back and forth for 40 minutes all in all really good service can definitely be fully recommended and I will 100% come back in the future when the time comes

In one word they amazing!! Their prices are really affordable and the support team is superb. Just join their discord server and open a ticket if you ever face an issue. They have 3 people as support person and each one is knowledgeable. Their response time can be sometimes slow but they take time to understand your problem and solve it! I had demand for a custom server and they even provided me with it at most affordable prices in the market! If you are someone who has money issues just go for it!

Affordable, Reliable and Responsive
I was hesitant at first when I saw the low prices. My first thought was, how can they stay in business with such low prices and offer performant servers? It's an important question, as we all want our VPS provider to stay in business and make money, since it's our data on their servers. ByteHosting website echoed my sentiments that unmanaged hosting is ridiculously overpriced and they want to make VPS affordable. I saw they have amazing reviews on TrustPilot, so I lurked on their Discord channel and saw first hand how the founders worked around the clock helping customers and accepting suggestions. The channel is so active with happy clients and Zetlex, the founder, spends a lot of time answering questions and helping out. I asked a lot of questions trying to find the catch. Then I saw on their page the servers are powered by green energy, so they are ticking all my boxes.
So I signed up for their entry level plan, and the server was provisioned in 2 minutes, not a few hours or days, like I expected for budget priced service. Their panel is custom built, but it has all the functionality you need to self-manage a server, like rDNS, backups, cronjobs, API, KVM, custom ISOs. They even give you both dedicated IPv4 and IPv6. The performance is ideal for my small mail server and I will probably upgrade soon. Overall, I am very happy with the performance, service and response times. I will recommend them to my peers and wish them well in growing the business.
**UPDATE**
I was issued an IP that had a bad reputation from its previous holder and was blacklisted. Zetlex kindly gave me a choice of IP addresses to test and choose from, and it was switched within an hour. Now that's what I call service.

Overall a very positive experience so far - I can only recommend it.
I've only been using the service for a small amount of time - I will update my review regarding the reliability, performance, and range of use cases later on.
But for now, it's been going wonderfully.
Pricing is more than reasonable, the setup of getting a VPS up and running is also straightforward, only downside is that you have to wait about 24 hours before you may start using it.
The panel and setup experience is good - far from the worst I've seen, but could still see some improvements. The main page, billing panel, and the VPS panel are separated and not too consistent, making it seem a bit out of place, but after you get in, it only goes smoothly from there - the panel is "home-made", which I always appreciate, as it means that there has been some care and effort put into the service and that it is not going to just vanish out of nowhere.
Design and "build-quality" wise, I'd say it's about average - definitely not even close as bad as Microsoft, but still has some room for improvements. The things it's good at is being lightweight, simple to use, fast, and has most of the features you'l need. I'm excited to see how it evolves over time.
The server is running Ubuntu by default and it's simple to access it. I had issues installing Fedora, but I can't blame that on the host at all, since the Fedora Server setup has always been a bit of a pain.
I'm glad it all went smoothly, thanks to the support team.
Speaking of support - this is genuinely the best experience I've ever had, ever. Even with the number of members and a fairly small support team, they are the most welcoming and friendly. No bot replies, they will look into any issue with care and actually help, regarding any topic.
This is something rarely seen nowadays and instantly makes the host feel way more "comfortable" - if you have any issues, you have someone to actually talk to.
I'd say they definitely deserve full rating, I just have not yet tested the service quality yet as the software I plan on running is still in development, and I am still partially "elsewhere".
But I can already say it's going to be great - I experienced no downtime so far, trying to use it as a keyboard proxy felt real-time, and even in the 3€ budget plan, the server keeps up just fine with basic tasks.
I may definitely consider upgrading in the future.
When it comes to things like restrictions and such, so far so good - I hate hosts that suspend you for just looking at them wong. This one does not seem to do that, and they offer some awesome extra features.
10/10, would recommmend.
