Booked full day in Rio (Christ the Redeemer, Sugarloaf Mountain, Selaron steps, Cathedral, Maracana stadium, with lunch for 2 adults on Expedia. Hotel pick up and drop off is included. Easy to communicate with, and reminders and updates appropriate through Whatsapp. It was well organized and got to see a lot in one day. Our guide, Emma (Emmanuelle) was wonderful, friendly and knowledgeable. The reason to knock a star was the van ride being uncomfortable and crowded, and the steakhouse restaurant (Most meats were on the dry side). Recommend. Thank you.

Appalling communication via an AI bot. We received an automated message to be outside our hotel at 5.24. Which is a very odd and precise time. For pick up. Half an hour later after chasing via multiple texts and were told it would be an hour late. No communication. We had to chase them. I have a serious spinal condition and my business colleague has a heart condition yet they expected us to wait outside in 29 degree heat for over an hour. The AI bot was pathetic and the real life person not much better.

This was syndicated via Get Your Guide who around the world we have found to be very good. They really need to look at who they outsource work to. Avoid this company at all costs.
