Do not order from here! I had seen the ads on social media and finally decided to purchase. I had only taken the risk as their return policy stated a refund within 30 days. After submitting my request to return 2 of the 4 items I purchased, they replied stated they don’t give full refunds and only exchange for products. This is false advertising! They do not state anywhere on their site that they only exchange for value.
This is also a dropshipping site. For those who don’t know what this is, essentially the site is direct to the manufacturer (in this case it’s Asia), and they send directly from there vs. a company warehouse. This helps reduce the cost on items. I am usually non-bias to these experiences but the lack of customer service speaks volumes.
If you’re unsure, DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!
