Lovely guy, reduced the price for us as he got the job done faster than he thought. Also provided terrific after care service and advice in setting things up which he did not have to do.

Roy responded to my enquiry despite being on a weekend and visited my place even on a sunday to fix my nbn cabling. He appreciated the importance of the time sensitivity and attended to the issue promptly. Great, quick service without any hassle. We were having trouble getting anyone to come and connect our NBN and some terrible customer service along the way. But Roy was great to deal with. He showed up promptly, completed it without a fuss and everything went smoothly. Highly recommend.

Roy is the bestest of all. He explained the procedure to instal the Landline (Modem to Wall Socket which wasnt installed right way before in my new house) over the phone to me and made it so easy and quick, without worrying about charging fee. Roy did a great job installing internal NBN HFC wiring for me. He was responsive when organizing a time, and he talked me through the options when it became clear my original plan for the cabling wasn’t viable. The finished wiring solution is very neat and tidy.

I had continual NBN dropouts. Testing suggested a Bridge-tap in my house's wiring.
Roy from Fiber Tech responded quickly to my enquiry and arranged an appointment for the next day.
Roy quickly identified multiple faults between the FTTC modem and the NBN node in the street, he also warned me that indications were of faults internal & external to the house.
Due to the age, and number of modifications made throughout the years, Roy suggested running a new cable as the best, quickest, and, most cost effective solution for the internal wiring issues.
Roy didn't take long to install the new cable in a discrete way, sympathetic to the house.
Once his work was done, he retested the line and indentified faults external to the house and directed me to request my ISP to log the faults with the NBN. An NBN technician repaired the faults identified by Roy and I've had zero dropouts since. The NBN speed also increased by about 10%...thanks Roy!

Roy assisted me with installing a new phone line cable so I could access the NBN. He did a great job, including managing the challenges of dealing with an owners corporation/body corporate. Went out of his way to complete the work in a timely and professional manner. Thanks Roy! Highly recommend!

Roy kept to his word to fix my weak WiFi signals in July even though he had demanding schedules. He set up another WiFi router to eliminate the weak signal spots in my home.
The cabling was done expertly with due consideration to aesthetics.
His first job relocating my nbn outlet to the back of my house was done excellently.

Hi, I found Roy via a google search and his response time back to me was quick. Roy arranged a visit to my home and spoke for length to figure out what I wanted and needed. Essentially, Roy provided me with a great job and problem solved a number of issues. All in all, we relocated the NBN Point, arranged for 2 hard-wired connections to opposite ends of the house and a new TV antenna point. My house is now fully Wired and Wireless and there are no more cable messes at connection points. Very pleased customer and would highly recommend Roy.
