I was really struggling to book a mini bus to the airport and I only had TWO days before my departure left. We are a family of 4 and we had 12 suitcases as we were emigrating to the United States.

From the moment I contacted Cabzilla and spoke with Abi all my stress went away. He was FANTASTIC. He understood my anxieties and did everything he could to elevate any stress possible

The communication from this company is second to none - you just won't get service like it anywhere else.

My only wish is that I had more cash on me on the day of travelling as I wanted to tip the driver more than I had because he was not only professional and efficient, he was lovely, went above and beyond and provided a great service. He was even willing to give me with the £1 I needed for the trolley out of his own pocket but I managed to find one in the bottom of my bag.

I have recommended Cabzilla to everyone I know and I will be using them every time I return to Manchester without a shadow of a doubt.

Great value for money, the driver was very punctual and went the extra mile

Unfortunately we didn't get to complete our booked trip due to the planned race meeting been cancelled because of Covid restrictions. However the communication from first enquiry to completion of refund was excellent. I was a little concerned initially being asked to pay the deposit by Bank Transfer rather than Credit Card, but this was unfounded, once the event was cancelled the deposit was refund within 24hrs.
I would certainly use this company again in the future, they were not only amongst the cheapest but also very efficient.

The whole experience with Cabzilla was excellent. Our driver Stefan was extremely helpful from start to finish, a true gentleman. Driving 8 ladies to and from Penrith in Cumbria must have been very entertaining to say the least especially the journey there as the journey back was a little subdued. Would use Cabzilla again definitely :)

I dealt with Abi when booking transport for a companies Christmas Party. Abi was brilliant beat the quotes I had received from other companies and booked it via a link to a payment page which was fast and easy. Confirmation came through within an hour or so - Abi called the day of the event to confirm all the details and the drive arrived on time - Abi called after the event to make sure the transport ran smoothly. Overall really good service and would highly recommend.

We booked a 14 seater minibus for our wedding group. Our schedule included a few different journeys throughout the day, with different timings and pick-ups, and the driver was always present on time (in fact, always waiting for us), very pleasant and thoughtful, very flexible.
