Exceptional Service and Quality Products!

I recently ordered cupcake toppers for my daughter Leah’s birthday and mistakenly left “your text here” on the design. Olivia and her team were amazing in addressing this issue. They reached out to me and sent replacement toppers without the incorrect text at no additional cost.

The cupcake toppers are stunning, and I can’t wait to use them for Leah’s birthday tomorrow. The customer service was exceptional, and I am extremely grateful for their swift and generous response.

The cake toppers that I ordered were excellent quality. We did have a worrying moment when the next day delivery was unexpectedly delayed at the courier company, but Emily sent out another set which arrived in time, saving the day! Great company.

Wacht a sinds december op een terug betaling van een gekocht artikel dat niet naar behoren functioneert en gekocht is in september. Weinig tot geen communicatie via de mail en ook telefonisch niet bereikbaar. Heb al eerder een trustpilot review geschreven, zou het graag anders voor dit bedrijf zien maar voor nu raad ik ze af om mee in zee te gaan.

Great service from Cakeshop.com. I ordered an edible cake topper with a football club logo on Thursday evening and received it Saturday morning. The image is very clear and good quality. It was very easy to order and upload a photo of the logo I needed. I also had to contact them with a query which was answered the same day. I’ll definitely use them again.

The round icing topper I ordered worked really well on the cake! Unfortunately despite the next day dispatch and 1st class delivery, royal mail took ages to deliver my original cake topper, but the cakeshop was more than happy to send me a replacement with next day delivery so i could finish the cake in time for my friend's birthday! I would just say make sure you order well in advance of when you need a cake topper because royal mail are a bit hit and miss at the moment

I have a daughter with an allergy and Cakehop.com (UK) ltd were exceptionally helpful. Not just with aiding me to find the best and safest product, but with the whole process of the purchase. They went far and beyond to help me and I am extremely grateful to them and their team. They should be very proud of themselves! They responded quickly to all of my requests and even created a bespoke item for me - which they did not have to do - again - amazing service and so very helpful!

I ordered some cake toppers for an event and found the product and customer service to be excellent. There was a problem with the Royal Mail delivery and the cake shop couldn’t have been more helpful in trying to sort it out. Great customer service.
