The wrong item was delivered. I have emailed multiple times and requested return online. It has now been 3 weeks with no response! Useless!

First time using this company on their own website (rather than on Amazon) and I am pleasantly surprised with the delivery and that I got the correct items, seeing as how some people said they didn't.

Awful!!
Ordered a calendar on the 23rd December 24.
No communication and item hasn’t shipped -I wasn’t expecting it in time for Christmas but it’s now January.
I have emailed and not had a response.
I would strongly advise you not to order from here.

I placed an order on the 3rd December and have still not received it, as of 2nd Jan. It is too late for Christmas and the company are not responding to me. It seems like a scam and I wish I had looked into them more before ordering. Do not order from them.

I placed an order with Calendarsrus but sadly did not receive the correct order. After a few attempts at contacting the company, a gentleman answered the mobile number on their website. I was anxious as it was a week until Christmas and my order was a gift but the gentleman went over and above to sort my order out. A few days before Christmas i received the correct order by Special Delivery. I offered to return the incorrect order but they said not to worry. After reading reviews online about Calendarsrus i did not hold much hope at receiving my correct order but can honestly say, the experience i received was a positive one. Calendarsrus kept in touch with me and sorted out my order issue. Thank you Calendarsrus

Received an incomplete order, customer service non existent through email, mobile phone and online chat - no response and now I'm out of pocket and haven't got everything I ordered for Christmas. They just don't respond or look to rectify issues.

A complete scam! Ordered a calendar on the 01/10/24 and still not received it. Have tried to contact them through email and calling and have had no response. Do not use this company as they steal your money and you do not receive the goods!
