Ive waited for a month to get my products deliverd, the size was much to small, and if you want to return, it isnt possible, they dont react on e mails

One shirt from 4 arrived months later they still haven't sent the others no refund no shirts they basically just steal your money.

Extremely disappointing experience. The shirts I received were low quality and arrived with visible damage. When I attempted to initiate a return, customer service was unresponsive and the process felt intentionally difficult. I would not recommend purchasing from this company.

I order and paid 75 pound for 2 jumpers on black fri deal buy one get one half price ,, on the 1st dec ,I've not heard bk not had the jumpers ,I've not had any explanation, but you send me asking me what I think off the tops ,then u send me another asking if I like the other top ,yous had at least 20 emails from me ,I've Contacted my bank it absolutely terrible what yous done ,,,, it was for my birthday party, I get ssme post man ,nothing u never sent my jumpers but took the money out ma bank ,and after 34 days still nothing ,I think yous are absolutely out off order ,not to reply to one off my 20 emails ,, so cali clothing fffff sticks u ask me ,my name Thomas Mcgregor,, sort your company out disgrace angry at your service or lack off not even why yous took my money ,and never heard bk for something I needed for my party ,,look 1st dec you took money to me 3,5 days deliver,, thats bulllllllll

Scam company beware.

They took my money and never sent my items. They just stop replying to emails.

Any 5 star review is clearly fake. You can tell from the brand new accounts being used.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE CROOKS.

Wouldn’t recommend ordering from this company. Been waiting 5 months for a pair of shoes.asked for a refund but not given. US based company. Looks like I’ve been scammed. will defiantly read trustpilot reviews in future. Seems the same thing had happened to a number of other consumers.

Despite numerous emails regarding a missing item, i still have no outcome. Will not be dealing with you again, I am still waiting for a refund. I will be taking this matter to trading standards Ordered December its now the end of March

This has been a terrible experience. I ordered clothes 6 weeks ago, had been charged to my credit card but have received nothing. The phone number listed by the charge goes no where and the AI chat is not working. This is a total rip
off

Placed order, patiently waiting 6 weeks and never received my items. However I can say, on a positive note, once requested I did receive my refund pretty quick.

Do not purchase with this company. They are based in US but pretend to be UK based. They said they refunded me but didn’t. Products I didn’t want took eight weeks to come. Not subject to consumer rights law so it would be a long legal battle to get money returned.

Scam scam scam company. Got my shirts four weeks late…wrong size….they keep sending emails saying ridiculous things, then say your return has been accepted, but never never send you a return label. All this at one email a day…until your return window is up! They are from England. Don’t buy

I’m not one for writing reviews especially when they are negative but I don’t want anyone else losing their money from this company! Avoid at all costs.

I ordered an item which arrived 5 weeks late. Prior to the item being delivered I got in touch with CALI customer support to cancel the item however my email was ignored for another few days. The item then arrived but was such poor quality that I requested to return the item and get a full refund. My emails are being ignored despite numerous attempts at trying to get in touch with someone.

The material quality is really poor and the customer service is appalling.. not existent!

Never received my order. Placed in November 2024 and it's been over six weeks. Customer support is non existent. This company is a scam. I tried to open a complaint with the Better Business Bureau but they even have a listing for Cali-Clothing.com

Looks like a dodgy site , ordered a pair of trousers that never arrived , they did actually respond and promised to look into it but another week and nothing, sorry do not trust !

They are crooks plain and simple. 1 month, no product delivered. Appalling Communication promising help and delivery but absolutely nothing happens. Having to recover money through bank.

After reading the reviews (after already placing my order) I was sceptical about it arriving and if it did the actually quality of the clothing. Well my order arrived today after 8 days which given the time of year was quite fast I thought and the tops are actually really nice, they’re for my son for Christmas so not sure what they’ll look like on him or how they will wash, but they look good so I’m hopeful 👍

Absolute joke of a service can never contact anyone regarding orders ordered 4-6 days shipping was what was told it has been 3 weeks now and not even shipped and when I ask about it just go through the same automated nonsense all the time can never get to speak to anyone it’s pathetic

I ordered quite a few items from this company on August 26, 2024. Their site says 4-6 business days for deliver. It is now September 7th—-TWELVE days since order. My order status says “Preparing To Ship!” I leave for my vacation in four days. I am (now) reading reviews and see this company has a horrible reputation and track record.

I had a terrible experience with this online clothing store. I accidentally ordered a small size and needed to exchange it. The only way to do this was by contacting their support team. I received an automated response with a link to complete the exchange, but the link led to a ‘page not found’ error. I tried using different browsers, but nothing worked. I reached out to their support multiple times, hoping to get a real person to help, but I kept getting the same automated response with the broken link. When I tried contacting them without mentioning the exchange, I got no reply at all. This has been an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. I will never purchase from this store again and would not recommend it to anyone.
