The straighter hardly even straighten my hair, or even get hot enough to do anything.. basically wouldn't really work. Very upset about this product. Ended up going back to my Walmart straighter. Had high hopes… Wasted my money. Wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.

Ordered new 2021 Special edition Purple color and it love it! The color is vibrant and STUNNING. Works amazingly well with my C2 hair. Well done Maria Capellini and Team!

The purple flat iron was back ordered cause I was wondering where my product was cause I hadn't got any tracking information yet. So I contacted customer service they were extremely pleasant fast response told me I could switch to pink or mint green so I didnt have to wait any longer. I said yes the pink would be fine. That was great fast customer service and they resolved what I needed as fast as possible. Thank you very much.

Place my order in June reach out to then on Instagram they responded very quick told me the purple was on back order and that they can send pink or mint I told them either will be fine told me they change to pink and to check my spam folder and that it will be sent out tonight very professional and super quick will be ordering from them again.

Placed an order back in June. Never received anything about. Decided to reach out on Facebook Today and was told to check my spam folder. Ordered the purple flat iron it is currently not in stock. Asked if I wanted to change colors. I did to mint flat iron. Respond back very fast & efficient! Excellent customer service ! Will shop again.

I originally ordered the purple 1” flat iron but they wouldn’t be in stock until July 17th so I emailed for help someone responded ASAP and I changed the order to the mint green pair the order came fast and they are AMAZING I pass through my hair ONCE and it’s flat feels healthy and is shiny! Highly recommended!!

When I first seen your ad about your hair products, I was a little skeptical at first, so I done my research on you guys and the reviews blew me away at the positive talk but in order for me to really get to know your product I had to see for myself despite the great reviews. So I ordered 2 one for each of my daughters. And the feed back I have gotten back has been positive from them both. Less hair being pulled or caught on the plates, soft and shinny, a few fly aways but hey can't tame them all, right?
I would definitely give this iron a 10. It has done what it has promised to do and for me to have 2 happy daughters, is Very very good. Keep up the great work, continue improving on your every day challenges. And may your year and company continue to grow, strife for excellence and prosper.
