Disgusting compoany morals!!! I have had over£180.00 taken from my account that has left me skint and they will not treat me as an individual and refund me any of it. I am a pensioner on state benefit and thought from reviews they looked decent BUT NO!
I have had around 12 emails now all from differant A1 no doubt so called customer assistance.
Due to health issues i thought this would be good for my physical health insted it has just caused me so much stress i feel worst than ever.
Person centre care and flexibility does not come into their customer service especially with AI at the end.
So if there is a human being at customer service , head of customer care who gives a damn please contact me asap .
I need my money refunded asap before i starve, get evicted or drop down dead!!! All will be on your company.
As i imagined another AI generic reply, no humans employed to give good customer service. So off to small claims court it is thwn.

Do NOT sign up!
I signed up for what I believed was a monthly subscription of £15.59, only to be charged £78.19 the following month. I cancelled the subscription, thinking that would be the end of it.Then, two weeks later, another £26.19 was taken from my account.
When I queried this, I was told it was an “add-on” that I supposedly had. I was never made aware of this add-on, never received any confirmation that I’d signed up for it, and it makes no sense that it would continue after I’d already cancelled my subscription.
The whole experience feels misleading and incredibly frustrating. Hidden charges, poor communication, and money being taken after cancellation are completely unacceptable.I would strongly advise anyone considering this app to check their bank statements very carefully and think twice before signing up.
I will be contacting my bank as this clearly is a scam!

BEWARE subscription service
I found Calistway on Facebook and it looked interesting and I was looking for an app to set me daily challenges to keep me motivated. The app in itself is good, although some of the exercises in the videos didn’t match the audio description but I could live with that and also thought £15.59 for a 4week plan was ok.
HOWEVER BEWARE, at no point was this sold as a subscription service that would automatically renew!
Having passed the 4 weeks my credit card then got charged £78.19! This is apparently the normal charge for a 4week subscription!
I contacted them and received an immediate email back to confirm account had been cancelled but nothing could be done about the charge as it is a digital product which is ridiculous. I will continue to seek a refund and making people aware of this scam.
Further to the reply from Calistway I can confirm I have now been refunded but I will kindly re-iterate that at no point was this made clear it was a subscription as I would never pay £80 a month for an exercise app, I would have gone to the gym.
