Everything went fine with this order. The site worked delivery showed up when it was supposed to and the items matched what I saw online.

I wasn’t expecting anything special but it turned out fine. The items feel decent and don’t look cheap in person. Packaging was simple and clean. Sizing matched the chart for me. Overall a solid experience.

The experience was straightforward from start to finish. Checkout was easy and delivery updates were clear. The package arrived neatly packed. What I got matched what was shown online. Overall it was fine.

Delivery took about the time they said it would. The box was in good shape and everything inside looked untouched.

I reached out to customer service with a small question and they replied pretty fast. It felt like an actual person answering. That helped me feel more comfortable ordering. Everything showed up as expected and the quality was fine for the price.

Shipping was quicker than I thought it would be. I got a few updates and the package arrived without problems.

Everything in the order felt consistent in terms of quality. Nothing stood out in a bad way. The collection looks similar to the photos online. After wearing the items a few times they still look okay. That’s usually enough for me.

Het is dat ik een ster moet aangeven, maar dit is zelfs al teveel!! Mijn dochter heeft een jurkje besteld. De bestelling was te laat. Helaas ook te groot. Dus verzocht om te retourneren. En daar start het probleem:Er is geen retouradres, na mailtje wordt er 10% van het aankoopbedrag aangeboden. Aangegeven dat ik graag product wil terugzenden en aanschaf bedrag terug wil. Vervolgens wordt 20% geboden. Weer aangegeven dat ik retour wil, mag terugsturen naar China a 30 euro of 30% aanschaf bedrag vergoedt. Kom niet verder met deze oplichters dus voor 30% gekozen, maar ben nog niet klaar met dit 'bedrijf'

Zeer lage kwaliteit en heel andere snit dan de foto’s.

BE CAREFUL FOR THESE SCAMMERS! they use our Instagram and Facebook photos of our handmade cardigans and sweaters to sell their own junk on their websites. It's made in China, junk that has absolutely nothing to do with our knits. We have been contacted several times about this problem by affected customers!
