Hello,
We checked your account with us, but we never received any email from you. You were automatically charged for your plan because this is how the product works, it is a subscription that is automatically renewed every 6 months. If you wish to stop the automatic renewal, you can cancel the plan in your account and you'll still be able to use your current minutes until December.

I am an existing customer and didn't get the current 6 monthly plan rate which is $41.94 for six months. I don't understand why?
I got the following response through email from the customer support team:
"We checked your account and we see that you are on the monthly plan where you pay $59.94 for six months".
Doesn't make sense to me.
After that, I have commented with them several times, but no response.
Helpless customer

It's work okay but sometimes the call didn't go through. We have to keep trying several times. Sometimes voice clarity not that there. The Call network needs more bandwidth and more clarity in voice quality.
