How the mighty have fallen! I just topped up my card to make a phone call. It has been more than a year since I activated my card. Every time I dial my local access number and enter my pin per what was on the invoice - I get a "sorry, you couldn't be authenticated" message. Not a good experience. If there is some system issue that requires reinstating an account after a year, your website should make this crystal clear!

I'll try again in 24 hours and if this still happens I will raise a dispute with my credit card issuer to get my payment back.

Everything works well, no hiccups. The voice quality is excellent with little delay which, given the distance, is fine.

They changed my plan without consent.

Ease of use and inexpense rates makes it number one in my book.

Easy to reload my card. Easy to make special calls to Tblisi, Georgia. Cost was a bit high to call there, but the calls went through without problems.

I had some questions about international calling. I sent a mail to callingcards.com and they replied quickly each time. This was great! Customer service resolved my questions. A very big help!

User friendly, pay-as-you-go and good coverage. I would recommend this card as a backup for anyone traveling overseas/ foreign countries or having occasional international personal business. The price points are very competitive and connectivity is very good. Only criticism is re-upping could be easier & you need to open an online account (a bit of a nicpic to be honest). Just check to make sure where you're going has a local access number, add funds and you are good to go. Great for parents to give kids for emergencies & Spring Break.

I've been using calling card.com for about 15 years and I've never had a problem. The service has always worked perfectly. The pricing is fair and the service is good. I recommend them for using their service when you need to make that call to another country.

Can't even renew the credit when asked to type in the credit card numbers... whats the point of asking to renew while on the call and can't even renew it although the information was provided correctly. This happend many times and none of them works even once. So, improve this or disable this feature of asking to renew the credit while we are on the phone call.
