Disappointing heat and charge
I bought this as a replacement for the rice bags I heat in my microwave. I’m disappointed on two counts 1) when I charge it it runs for one session and then the power is shot and I need to recharge (hours) 2) it doesn’t really get hot enough to do the job. It’s soft and comfortable but doesn’t actually get the job done. Back to rice bags in the microwave. Last but not least - shipping took forever (international shipping from a “California based” company).

For the battery, we recommend charging the unit for at least 4–6 hours for a full charge. Charging for a shorter time may result in only one session before needing to recharge again.
The heat setting can be adjusted depending on the mode selected. If you need help selecting the right setting or using the different modes, please feel free to contact our team and we’d be happy to assist.
Regarding shipping, our estimated delivery timeframe is 7–10 business days, and based on our records your order was delivered within that timeframe. We appreciate your patience while it was in transit.

I am really enjoying the Callixe
I am really enjoying the Callixe. I use mine daily.
I bought one for my adult son also.
He also is using his daily.
The only issue we have is the thumping mode.
We both have issues with motion illness and the thumping is hard to take. I have been going mostly for the stretching mode and heat.

Non-Existent Customer Service
I purchased a neck pillow from Callixe as a Christmas gift for my father. Unfortunately, the pillow did not work properly from the outset and my father spent a considerable amount of time trying to agree how to return it to the company and obtain a refund or replacement. After going around in circles for weeks, it became quite clear that the company had no intention of helping my father. At the point I opened a case with Paypal and am pleased to say that they were able to provide me with a refund for the faulty product. Whilst a relief to have been compensated financially, it does not take away the dissatisfaction and frustration of dealing with a company with such appallingly bad customer service. I would strongly encourage people to stay away from Callixe. If the product works, you may be ok, but if it doesn't you haven't a hope of receiving any sort of customer service!

I had my 6-7 fusion like 4 years ago
I had my 6-7 fusion like 4 years ago! My neck gets tight and when it gets tight from the cold weather my neck gets stiff and it is hard to turn my neck until I pop the air out of the discs and that gives me more mobility in my neck! So I was searching for something that would relieve my neck issues! Then I got this Ad on my Facebook feed and I was reading all the awesome reviews they had. So I bought Callixe and when I got it in the mail I immediately opened to try it! After I was done with the first season I was so relieved and my neck felt amazing! So now I make it an every night thing for 30 minutes before I go to sleep and I wake up feeling amazing!! No more stiffness, aching, popping and no more having to pop the air in my discs to get some mobility in my neck! Thanks for making this wonderful product and can’t wait to see what you guys come up with next!

This Thera pillow is well made & light…
Customer service was excellent, respectful, prompt and very easy to communicate with.
This Thera pillow is well made & light weight, easy to store w included bag.
I have pretty severe neck issues, personally I would prefer to use w/o the heat as it was too strong for me. This is only avail when you pick one other function- can't get both w/o the heat.

Love this product
Love this product. I've gotten so much relief in my neck and shoulders when nothing else has worked. Expensive visits to the chiropractor, massages, physical therapy, not to mention cortisone shots that gave no results.

I have been experiencing a very stiff neck on my right side for almost three months each morning when I woke up and it hurt for a good part of each day. I had enough of it and began looking online for a pillow made specifically for my symptoms and saw the CALLIXE website. I purchased the original Thera pillow that has heat and massage available if one chooses to use either/or and don’t mind telling you that after my first night of use my neck no longer hurt.
