I’ve booked and paid in full £450 for 2 people (£900) with this CALL TO ADVENTURE last month to complete 3 peak challenge in 24hr , I was excited to do this , however my work is on a rota system away from home, & was changed 4 days after I booked challenge , this was unfortunate as this meant that i now would need to change the date of my trip on 7th June to later date to suit work. I was initially told that I could pick a date and it would be ok, so opted for 13th September, However the new date in September was not permitted due to the 65 day contractual obligations with the 3rd part and “no wiggle room” they were taking a “Hard stance” even though this was done after 4 days after I booked leaving 42 days to fill the slot. I then received an email from the lady from Call to Adventure saying they could not fill my slot in June and I needed to still attend the challenge “still with 3 weeks still to go” Which I can’t due to work commitments. I’ve now lost my ALL of my money (£900) with them and if I wanted another trip in September I would have to pay in full. DID NOT USE THIS COMPANY AS THEY DO NOT-CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER only getting their fees. Just be aware of the t&cs before handing your money over to these people as life does get in the way sometimes and things do change. Absolutely No leniency will be given. I can back up with emails. They blame 3rd party but this is their t&cs. Steve Brown.

Great people, very accommodating and hands-on.

I have recently booked the national 3 peaks in 24 hours challenge and so far, everything has been great. Very friendly and helpful at Call to Adventure, I've been given a lot of clear information, I've had a video chat with a super friendly, professional and informative member at CTA. I'm really excited to do this challenge and would thoroughly recommend CTA for booking through. Everything so far is seamless.

I booked this trip after speaking with Steph, I liked how there was someone to talk to who was in the UK and was able to advise on the trip. I had a fantastic experience and everything was taken care of from the moment I landed in Tanzania. The hotel was nice and the tour guide was amazing, as was the entire team during the whole experience. This was definitely one of the best experiences of my life and I will definitely be booking more trips with call to adventure! The Kilimanjaro trek was amazing, all I had to do was turn up with my kit, I was pleasantly surprised by how easy the whole thing was, I usually have terrible experiences booking things but I can honestly say the whole thing was seamless, everything went to plan and I had no issues at all! Thank you for helping me to achieve a life goal!

We climbed Mount Toubkal. Call to adventure's network were very professional. everything was well organised. Hotels we're clean. Food was great.

George was very helpful and got everything organised for my trip, even though I was booking at the last minute. Had a great time in Morocco and everything went very smoothly.

This was a great experience conquering the 3 peaks challenge.
Even tho I applied last minute they were very helpful to provide me a spot on my desired weekend. The people I was teamed up with were all lovely individuals that made a great group to share this difficult challenge.
Our guide, Rob was an absolutely amazing guide, gave us great stories about the mountains, kept pushing us to achieve our goal and also kept us safe in the difficult weather and night hikes. I would couldnt recommend booking with them more, and I would chose them over and over again.
The minibus they provided was really comfortable and we had a very well organised schedule.

Only thing I would suggest for beginners that do not have much mountain understanding is to check the weather and pack appropriately for even unforeseen conditions. The the preparation email we got could emphasise a bit more on how bad the weather was expected to be on first mountain in the specific date I was attending and not just stick to the general email they would send to other groups - it could be a bit more focused on what our weekend was expected (for example warning for the heavy gloves and extra boots and raincoat due to extreme rainfall could be advisd for us specifically) .

A thoroughly well organised trip. Booking process was easy. Then we joined the large group on the small coach to travel up to Ben Nevis and all the mountains in between. Professionally guided which meant we didn’t need to worry about navigation, pacing or where the public toilets were.

The coach ride was awful and we had no room to move. It was simply a case of bums on seats and maximise the profits. I would recommend choosing another operator to complete the challenge. Numerous people were sick because of it. The guide was rude and abrupt. Not what I signed up for

Well organised from start to finish. Our guide, Suzy was great and drivers too. Couldn't recommend more.

I had an excellent weekend surfing and coasteering with call to adventure, the activities were well organised and great fun. Will definitely be booking more trips with them, can`t recommend them enough.

Our group did the coast to mountain excursion. Really great fun, just the right distance for a proper challenge but without the need for months of training.
George was a great leader/trainer/cheerleader for the whole weekend.
