In two weeks I’ve only had one meal I haven’t loved, the rest have been exceptional. I check my app way too often to see what I have the next day - great variety too.
I had planned on just being on the app while I’m on crutches recovering from a broken leg but it’s so bad I’m in no rush off the app. Keep up the good work Calo!

The best and healthiest meal delivery and subscription
After trying multiple healthy meal delivery subscriptions, Calo stands out as the best so far. The food tastes great, the service is excellent, and the customer support feels genuinely personal, which makes a big difference. I was especially impressed by the taste,easily one of the top options out there for me.

Such good value - highly recommend!
Honestly it would be difficult to fault this company!
1. The food is excellent 99% of the time - the other 1% is just due to personal preferences but they obviously have to cater to everyone and 99% of the time I can find a meal that fits my diet and preferences.
2. The food is always good quality, never received anything fatty or grisly, etc. It always feels like the ingredients are fresh with no nasty additives.
3. The meal sizes are perfect and there are options to alter meal sizes for your own needs.
4. It is such a great value for money - there are other meal delivery companies our there charging much higher for poorer quality food and so I appreciate the accessibility of this healthy food.
5. They make it super easy to filter for and find meals that cater to dietary needs and allergies which is so helpful.
6. The customer service is great - always prompt and ensuring any issue or query gets resolved quickly and satisfactory.

Meals are ok whit taste but if you counting macro choosing custom macro then you have to edit your meals because the do for me in one week every things the same for another different meals but not hit the macros
Customer support is totally crap they respond quick but leave my problem unresolved for couple of days and at the end they told me because it is very late before the sending meals out and they send randomly

Love it!!! So fresh and delicious
I have been using Calo for a while now and it has genuinely been one of the best decisions for staying consistent with my nutrition.
The biggest advantage for me is that the meals are delivered daily, which means the ingredients are always extremely fresh. The quality is noticeably higher than typical meal prep services, and the meals taste genuinely delicious rather than “diet food”.
What makes Calo particularly valuable is the ability to set custom macros. My personal trainer defines my protein, carbs, and fat targets, and Calo makes it incredibly easy to follow that plan without having to cook, measure, or track everything manually.
The convenience is unmatched. Everything arrives ready to eat, perfectly portioned, and aligned with my goals. It has removed the daily stress of planning meals while still allowing me to stay disciplined with my nutrition.
For anyone serious about fitness, body composition, or simply wanting healthy, high-quality meals without the hassle, Calo is an excellent service. It truly makes sticking to your goals much easier.

Great Food, Exceptional Service, Worth the Premium
I’ve had a really positive experience with Calo overall. The food is consistently tasty and the macros are well thought out and high protein, which makes it easy to stay on track nutritionally. I like the fact that you can see individual ingredients and customise them. Their customer service is excellent, they’re responsive and genuinely seem to take feedback seriously.
I also really appreciate that their delivery is handled in-house and done daily, which makes the meals feel fresher and the whole experience more reliable than other services I’ve tried. They’re deliver straight to my door instead of my apartment lobby.
They’re a bit more expensive than some alternatives, but the overall quality and experience make it worth it for me. When they found out I’d recently had surgery, they even sent me a care package, which was a really thoughtful touch and honestly above and beyond what I expected.

Bad. Bad bad bad. Food quality and taste has gone off a cliff since they were Fresh Fitness Food. FFF was elite, CALO is just another basic microwave meal package deal. You can’t personalise macros. Can’t speak to anyone. And I cannot stress how bad the food tastes. How can you get rice and chicken wrong?! Not for the money. Steer clear.

There is nothing worse than picking a great-sounding dish only to find an ingredient you don't like, so we love that you’re tailoring your plan to be 100% yummy every time. It’s all about making healthy eating as effortless (and delicious) as possible!
Food safety/quality control concerns
Last week, I found a real bug (a moth!) in my meal, and today I found a sharp piece of plastic. Completely unacceptable, and wish I hadn’t paid for the full month in advance. Will not use again.
Update: Calo have been in touch and offered reassurances, as well as a refund. Both appreciated.

This is absolutely not the experience we want for our customers, and I completely understand your frustration, especially having paid for the month in advance. We take food safety and hygiene with the utmost seriousness, and I will be escalating this to our Quality Assurance and Culinary teams immediately for a full investigation into our packing and preparation processes.
A member of our senior management team will be in touch with you shortly to discuss this directly and ensure this is resolved properly.
Deliberate incompetence
I pay for the customised macros and have provided and agreed total macros per day with their nutritionist but for a year now, they consistently get my macros wrong by a significant amount. Initially i thought it was a one of mistake, but it kept happening. I was assured that the problem had been fixed, but it kept on happening. Months later i accepted that this is just incompetence. But it is now over a year and still the same issue, I am left to finally accept that it is beyond incompetence but deliberate and intentional that Calo gets my macros wrong all the time. If there was a suitable alternative out there in the market I would have readily jumped ship.

Great service! Lots of choice, good quality and especially like the ability to customise/change meals. Good customer service should anything go wrong too. Much higher quality and bigger potion sizes than other meal services I’ve tried

The quality of the food is super good and I’ve been really enjoying it. I’ve tried other food services like Simmer but Calo is by far the better one. Deliveries are done daily and food is fresh, high quality, and gives me the high protein that I need

Very high quality food. Great taste and always very fresh. Deliveries are always reliable. By far the best meal delivery service I have used. Not the cheapest but definitely worth the money. I wouldn’t go back to using anyone else. Customer service is 5* too.
