Absolutely unacceptable quality and even worse customer service.
I placed an order with Calvin Klein in November, expecting premium quality given the price and reputation. However, this has turned into a repeated issue rather than a one-off fault.
The first problem was identified in January, when we opened the items and found a hole in one pair. It then took over a month just to receive a refund for that single item, which was already frustrating in itself.
Now, only a short time later, a second pair from the very same order has developed not one, but TWO holes after normal use. This clearly points to a wider quality issue, not bad luck.
To make matters worse, I contacted customer service again on 20th March regarding this second fault and have received no response whatsoever. Being ignored after already experiencing delays the first time around is completely unacceptable.
For a brand that markets itself as premium, the quality is poor and the customer service is even worse. Products are not durable, and when faults occur, resolving them is slow or nonexistent.
It’s also worth noting that Tommy Hilfiger appears to suffer from similar issues, which is concerning given both brands are owned by PVH Corp.. This suggests a broader problem with quality control.
I would strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing. You are paying premium prices for substandard products, with little to no support when things go wrong.

BUT send marketing emails on the weekly. Will NEVER buy from them again ! And will not market them either - all previously owned goods are now on Vinted! A sham of a company !!

I strongly recommend purchasing Calvin Klein products through another retailer rather than directly via the CK website.
I have experienced ongoing issues trying to resolve a fault with an item purchased online. Initial contact was made via the Calvin Klein UK website contact form, twice, with no acknowledgment received. Emails sent to customer service were also ignored.
The online chat wait time has increased from approximately 1600 minutes to over 4000 minutes, making it completely unusable. Phone support is equally frustrating, with calls disconnecting after around 45 to 50 minutes on hold.
Due to the lack of response from Calvin Klein UK, I escalated the matter to PVH, the parent company of Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger. I have now received two responses from PVH advising that my claim is being reviewed, however no resolution has yet been provided.
This level of service is extremely disappointing for a global brand of this scale. I would not purchase directly from the Calvin Klein website again and would instead choose a retailer with accessible and responsive customer support.

I never received my Calvin Klein order. After weeks of emails, I received one vague message saying the issue would be investigated, followed by no further response at all. I ultimately had to raise a dispute with my bank. For a brand of this supposed calibre, the lack of accountability and customer support was astonishing.

Order arrived with item missing and despite trying to contact their customer service team via multiple methods over the last few weeks, I've been unable to speak/get a response from anybody. Terrible.

My mother was given Eternity Moments in a 50ml bottle and which was fantastic smelling and so the following year she bought the fragrance in a 100ml bottle from Superdrug via their website and which was on sale but which had no fragrance. While Superdrug made communication difficult, Calvin Klein put us onto Coty (the manufacturer of this scent) who sorted out the matter efficiently and ensured that they would investigate.
The following year, my mother was given another bottle of the 100ml fragrance and which again was on sale except this time bought via a Boots store and the fragrance was not authentic.
I contacted Calvin Klein and Coty with a view to my mother's perfume being bought straight from one of their distributors and which seemed a fair outcome considering my mother had been messed around on two occasions. However, this time around they could not be bothered to help. Their excuse was the same as their previous attempt at explanation, this being that the bottles had probably been left in storage for too long. And which doesn't ring true.
Why not? Two bottles of the same fragrance of the same amount with both at sale-price and sold by two different retailers and which are neither authentic could be explained as storage issues were these bottles kept in the same warehouse during the same period of time, yet they were bought in different years.
And, to say, that the nozzle on the bottle sold by Superdrug was not facing forward, and so it points to tampering and the watering-down of the mixtures.
The correct solution would have been for Calvin Klein (or Coty) to offer a bottle of the same fragrance at the discount price which was advertised at Boots and set us up for direct contact with a (trusted) distributor for future sales but instead Coty simply listed the retailers of their brand (inclusive of Superdrug and Boots!) and said that if we buy from them again then they will surely assist when need be. I am approaching you now, Coty, on this second occasion.
Calvin Klein seems to have gone the same way as many other big-brand companies and decided to shrug off complaints and treat customers as if they don't matter even though these companies rely on the funds of those very customers to keep going.
Appalling treatment. And also a case of major fraud. However, this is the UK and so don't expect comeback or investigations of a wider scale. Writing reviews is your only defence when conned.
So, Eternity Moments by Calvin Klein if sold in 100ml bottles at sale-price at any of the following retailers (no reason to assume otherwise) will consist of a watered down mixture:

Stay away do not fall into the hole
Why did I not come hear and read all these reviews before placing my order ? Well I fell for the fact they are a brand name but I did not realise that is all they are a name with no service.
I placed an order on 07.12.25 with delivery in 4-5 days it said, next day I get an update saying they are extremely busy and will not be able to ship my item until the 15.12.25, I purchased this item for a holiday but I very much doubt it will arrive in time, so I try to contact them. Phone number is outside the UK so not going down that route, Live chat starts with a bot who then says passing you over to an agent, from that point nothing comes from the chat.
Emails get responded to by auto response.
So no means of contact, no way to cancel this order, I will have to go down the route of getting my bank involved to snatch my payment back.

I placed an order 8 days ago and checked out with what appeared to be royal mail 3-4 day delivery. This is for my 40th birthday present. I ordered off Calvin Klein UK and it is coming from the Netherlands and there has been no movement in several days since its been in France. Please avoid, customer service are so rude. Its honestly pathetic. Unless you have money to throw away... AVOID

Absolute farce of a company ordered once never received anything after 15 days of fighting with them. I finally got my refund but then I thought oh I’ll order again and the same thing happened again never got anything absolute force of a company no customer support you go round in circles with them do not order from these. I placed an order — simple, clear, modest. What followed was not a transaction, but a descent: first into bureaucratic theatre, then into plausible deniability, and finally into the quiet sneer of polished indifference.
The issue? A parcel dispatched without my street name, rendering it undeliverable. I, the customer, flagged this before it shipped. They dismissed me. I tried again. They denied responsibility. I called, emailed, followed up. They lied, looped, and smiled while brushing breadcrumbs off the Help page.
They blamed Royal Mail — but the label was their own.
Unable to collect the item due to disability, I asked for a proper redelivery. Their suggestion? “Send a friend,” they said, ignoring the fact Royal Mail now demands matching ID like a border checkpoint. When I reminded them of this — calmly, factually — they shifted the goalposts again, as if I’d failed to complete a quest in their customer service labyrinth.
Meanwhile, I’ve paid £80 for items I cannot receive and they refuse to re-send.
This is not commerce. This is a shell game.
And judging from their Trustpilot graveyard of 1-star reviews, I am merely the latest in a long, weary procession of people shouting into a premium-branded void.

Not sure this website is the genuine CK . I have worn their product for years from their stores . Ordered off the Calvinklein.co.uk . £50.00 paid.No confirmation email and No goods . On line chat exhaustive and quite unprofessional. Email content equally suspicious. Fortunately Mastercard got a refund. Lot of time wasted. Sometimes best to go to the store and avoid the hassle.
I purchased a pair of Lounge Joggers… Disappointed with quality and support
I purchased a pair of Lounge Joggers from Calvin Klein UK, and after wearing them only once, they became completely unwearable due to excessive pilling all over the fabric.
I reached out to customer service, and while they were responsive, I was only offered a 20% refund (£12) on a £60 item — despite providing photos and explaining the issue in detail. Since I live outside the UK, returning the item would have cost nearly the same as its price.
I expected better quality and a more reasonable resolution from such a reputable brand. Unfortunately, this experience was disappointing and I won’t feel confident shopping from Calvin Klein online

The stock comes from the Netherlands, that’s why it takes a week to get here, and is then delivered by Royal Mail… Maybe….

Horrendous. Lied to about dispatch date. Lied to about the postage service they used. 7 days of my item being “dispatched” now, still no updates on the tracking or any delivery. Buy DKNY or Ralph Lauren instead. This brand is horrendously bad at customer service, dispatch, and follow up, everything really, except taking your money!

Da, det var forkert model og str, valgte hun selvsamme dag, at skrive til CK for at bede om at få tilsendt en returlabel og forklare returneringen af gaven. Der kom ingen respons fra CK. Vi valgte derfor at tage kontakt til den person, som havde købt gaven, for at bede om hjælp til dette. Her er beskeden så uforskammet, som, at vores datter bare kunne have benyttet sig af andre måder på at komme i kontakt med os på - og nu var returneringstiden også overskredet. Det til trods for, at vi har gjort nøjagtigt, som CK skriver på deres hjemmeside, at man skal gøre i forbindelse med returnering af en vare. Vi skrev samme dag, som var indenfor få dage efter købet. Vi har prøvet utallige gange, at få et svar ud af CK, så vi kunne returnere og få enten pengene tilbage el et tilgodebevis, som kan benyttes på deres side. Men de er så frække, at de er lang tid om at vende tilbage og med samme svar gang på gang. Vi har blot gjort, som CK anmoder om via køb/returnering på deres hjemmeside. Men det er selvfølgelig også en måde at undgå at få varer retur og penge tilbage til kunden - FØRST at vende tilbage, når returneringsdatoen liiiige er overskredet. Jeg har handlet meget via hjemmesider, men aldrig har jeg mødt så uforskammet en opførsel fra et så stort firma. Jeg kommer ALDRIG til at handle via deres hjemmeside igen - og kan på ingen måde anbefale, at du gør det samme.
