Wonderful this service /info is, I did struggle navigating at the beginning of pre-filling the online forms because I am the POA and at times was confused what information was required. Eventually, once I passed through the "security" section, the rest of the info requirement was very easy.

Pre sale market plan
I’ve been working with James from LJ Hooker at Craigmore as I prepare to bring my property to market, and the experience so far has been excellent. Although the home isn’t listed yet, the marketing plan is already progressing smoothly thanks to his proactive approach and clear communication.
James has been consistently helpful and informative, taking the time to explain each step of the process and offering valuable insights drawn from his strong knowledge of the local area. His professionalism and confidence have made the early stages of selling feel far less daunting.
Based on my experience to date, I feel very comfortable moving forward with James and look forward to seeing the campaign come together.
