Resposta da Canadalaptopbattery
Dear Phil Worthing:
Thank you for sharing your experience.
We are pleased to know that your product arrived within a reasonable timeframe, was successfully installed, and is functioning well.
Regarding the battery capacity, we understand your concerns. The replacement battery you received is 56Wh, which differs from your original 86Wh battery. For some laptop models, manufacturers provide a variety of compatible batteries of different capacities; this one is still fully compatible and safe to use with your device.
If you require longer battery life, please feel free to contact us with your laptop model and order number—we will be happy to help you check if a higher capacity compatible battery is available.
Thank you again for your feedback. We value your opinions and are committed to providing you with the best service.
Sincerely,
canadalaptopbattery.com Team
Good to know before buying
The battery arrived by mail from China. It did not fit like the original one. Wanted to return it. The seller gave me a return address in the US. To avoid shipping fees and tariffs, agreed to keep the battery when the seller offered me a discount on the original price to do so. FYI the number I was contacted from by the seller via What’s up is from Hong Kong. Just be aware that you are most probably not buying from a Canadian company.
