I guess they don’t care about the customers the services are terrible no one responds to the emails. They know how to asked for the money that’s the only I hear from the company

Can't get on website any longer. No response. Can't pay subscription. Has it gone belly up????

They are not responding to emails and their website seems to be down. Are they still in business?

Two of us bought the box/service. It was terrible from the start and the customer support team was just as bad .
I don’t recommend… there has to be better options out there

Purchased 2 TV Boxes, and Keyboards the system has not worked flawlessly since we bought it.
First, we had Shaw Internet and we could not connect either Android to Shaw.
Second, we finally connected to our Starling Internet but continue to have buffering on all channels, after no resolution, it is apparent that Starling is not capable to provided sufficient data to watch Live TV.
During this process, we had spent $450 on the initial purchases of hardware, a 3 month subscription for each box. After 3 months and very little use we have been travelling in our motorhome ( the reason we bought the system) and the performance is still poor.
We had just recently renewed the boxes for another 3 months for $112.
After a few days of emails with the tech support we have come to the conclusion the Canada TV Box is not going to provide the service we are paying for.
We asked for a refund ( we had only used one box for 4 hours at best) and we told after 30 days you cannot be refunded. So, we are out $562 Can, and that is that....... very disappointing.
l would like to say that the technical support for Canada TV Box is good, and has been very responsive.

I would also recommend that you verify very clearly that you have sufficient internet, 5G minimum to operate the system. Buyer beware.
