No good experience at all
Sad to say, but I personally picked up between 10 and 15 Campers in US and Canada, but this was worst vehicle and experience ever (multiple defects, some of them safety relevant, motorhome inside absolutely dirty, etc.). Also the staff at the Whitehorse station can't be considered as customer oriented or friendly.

Care before renting
I think you keep renting your truck campers all season long with less or no maintenance. The problems I faced were unreasonable. Until the point I felt completely unsafe to keep using it in isolated areas with no phone or data.

Had a fantastic time with our motorhome on the Dempster highway. We had one flat tire but were up and running in less than an hour.
We’d do it again in a heartbeat.

The pots and pans and frying pan we rented from them, all were dirty with dried up food on them. A real turn off.

Dempster Highway
First: our experience was largely positive and we are grateful for the well-maintained equipment and support provided by Canadream. The staff in Whitehorse were knowledgeable, helpful, thoughtful, polite and kind. The rig (cab over camper) was comfortable and appropriate for the trip. We would rent from that location again.
Detail #1: We had a flat tire on the Dempster Highway. No biggie, except that the spare was flat and we had no compressor and no tire pressure gauge (the digital built-in pressure gauge doesn't work once the spare was installed). The man who changed our tire for us came on his day off, in his private vehicle with his family and no compressor, because he was not far away (a big deal there). We were grateful for his help. If the puncture had been small (and ours was not), perhaps we could have driven to a mechanic shop, instead of them having to come to us (not convenient on the Dempster), if we'd had a compressor.
Suggestions: check the spare before sending the unit out and provide a compressor and tire pressure gauge
Detail #2: No levelling blocks were provided. 16 nights and we were never flat :/
Suggestion: provide levelling blocks
Detail #3: the drinking glasses all broke while inside the cabinet due to the jostling as we drove
Suggestion: provide plastic glasses
Detail #4: 4 spoons (2 soup + 2 teaspoon), 4 knives (2 butter + 2 steak) but JUST 2 FORKS??
Suggestion: provide 2 more forks, please

Nice ride
The RV was clean and ready to go when we arrived. Comfortable ride and low mileage. I am 1.96 meter the bed was lastge enough.

Great service
We hired the Compact Motorhome for 21 nights in August. The vehicle was very well set out and comfortable. We traveled the Dempster Highway with no problems. The heating and air conditioning worked very well. The only issue was only two of each kitchen utensils and plates were provided which we found limiting when cooking.

Overall great but there are things to improve
The staff was great, F350 is a pleasure to drive. However the camper is a bit old and sometimes not fuctioning well. Biggest issue is the black and grey water tank indicator. Often you use one time(small) and it shows full. We talked with others when drop off, it seems other customers have the same problem. Other minor issues like the door lock is very difficult to use, even missing a screw. The gap between the mattress and the frame, seems never been cleaned and you DO NOT want your things in there.

We did the Dempster highway from Whitehorse and the vehicle performed very well. We had all the amenities we needed.
