SCAMMISH EXPERIENCE – DON’T TRUST GOOGLE REVIEWS

One of the WORST decisions I’ve ever made was trusting CanApprove. From day one, it was all fake promises — from “free processing for Australia or Germany” to “smooth Canada immigration.” None of it was real. They sell hopes and dreams, not actual services.

Once the payment was done, everything changed. No proper updates, no ownership, and you’re left endlessly following up. The Dubai office is a complete joke — totally unresponsive. The staff I dealt with — Shalini, Sanjana, Haripriya — either avoided calls or repeated the same scripted excuses without action. The “complimentary” services? Never started. Not even once.

What’s worse? Their Google rating is misleading — flooded with fake 5-star reviews that cover up the reality. I trusted those reviews, and it cost me years.

It’s been 5 YEARS. No Canada visa. No Australia or Germany process. Just pure time, energy, and money wasted. Zero results.

I DEMAND A FULL REFUND.

Others should not fall into the same trap.

Avoid CanApprove at all costs. Think twice before signing anything.

I have so many doubts about regarding my study process in abroad. Canapprove help in making my journey easier. Thank You Canapprove.

Very worst consultancy with fake promises.Every people are rude in behaviour when we ask for refund process, especially the present client relation manager.Don't choose this consultancy if you don't want to waste your money.

Utter bullshit team. We have to educate them and they have zero knowledge. Blindly applying EE without any guidance

I don't want to give Canapprove a single star. I spent 5 years of my time and money to get my application processed. All that Canapprove did was tell me my IELTS expired every 2 years. The agents don't do anything when the IELTS is valid and active. Please do not do business with them, they are there to give you false promises and no one will work to get your application through.

They are fraud people, don’t trust them or even register with them. They have looted my money doing nothing. They would tell lots of promises and attractive words in the beginning. But after you pay, they will be silent and won’t do anything. You have to ask for each and everything. They won’t notify you for anything. I registered with them and payed full payment for me and my wife. Since they didn’t respond well, I made several complaints to them and eventually, I requested to discontinue and asked for reimbursement. They didn’t give a single penny.

They will respond to you only after you bug them over phone or message.
Their employees are always in meetings or sick.
They don't know why they have to apologize or say sorry.
They will misguide the applicant by taking advantage of applicants expectations.
They are incapable of guidance.
They are charging hefty amount, just to act as a typing center.
Total dissatisfaction in Canapproves services. Please choose your service provider carefully.

My husband has registered with Canapprove ( CRN No: CAN/205645) for an Employment support LIMA program, through which they will arrange a confirmed job offer with LMIA which suits his profile and work permit in 8 months’ time, the total cost for this will be 25000 CAD. Although we raised many concerns regarding the gentility of the program, they convinced us that their partner Veronica Moye is an IRCC lawyer. Meanwhile, after reading Canapprove's negative google reviews my husband frightened it to be a scam and hesitated to pay the money. But the Canapprove sales team convinced us that they will refund 100 % of the payment if they failed to bring the offer in 3 months. Hearing this, I compelled my husband to pay the huge sum of money 12000 CAD. After the payment they stopped contacting us and till date we did not receive any service or a single phone call, an e-mail from their side regarding the updates. Every time we have to make many calls, we need to send many reminders for them to respond and then they will come up with some excuses saying that they are waiting for the updates. Being fed up with their attitude, we requested for the refund, but they made us believe that they are facing some issues with their present employer and if we pay more money, we will get a confirmed job offer in 1 -2 months with another employer and asked us to upgrade for 35000 CAD, 45000 CAD, and 50000 CAD and so on. After our continuous calls and emails, they came with another story that they are facing fund shortage so refund is difficult. At the same time (September 2022), their processing executive Shalini came up with an offer saying there is a pre-approved LMIA job offer for 57000 CAD and that if we get that we can directly apply for work permit and within 4 months we will reach Canada but we will get it only if we upgrade the contract with another 3000 CAD. Even though we hesitated to proceed, we made the payment because we received an email from Canapprove CEO Mr. Binoy stating the same and added that everything will happen in 10 days or they will refund 100% money back. After the payment, the same story continued which I stated above. Same loop is repeating for the last 2.5 years. By the end of March 2023, we got a bankrupt notice for the fund we raised for Can approve, My husband tried to convince the Canapprove team about the same and asked for a refund as there were no positive response and we lost trust with the Canapprove team. At last, on September 2023, the processing executive Midhun said that our file has finally moved to the refund department with Haripriya who is sitting in Thrissur office. But from there we got another story that they are going through serious fund shortage and they are many people like us for the refund waiting for the last 2 years and CEO Binoy said that Canapprove will not refund our money CAD 15000 ( 9.20 Lack INR) because it is with a third-party. Till date we didn’t receive a single call, job interview, Job offer, LIMA under my husband’s name and so how Canapprove cannot refund our money which is in their hand for almost 2.5 Years. Each time when we requested for the refund, we went through a series of fake promises like profile with Ontario employer, LIMA is under process, Alberta employer, pre-approved LIMA option, employer is facing issue, government delays and so on. Due to these reasons, we feel that we were being cheated from the day one for our money and we do not want to proceed at any cost, with any another fake promise like job offer, LMIA, work permit. So I request any one from the Canapprove team, who read this please support us to get our money, . If necessary, we can arrange all the call recordings, emails, what’s app chats, invoice copy, contacts

I would not say think twice before contacting them.id rather say ,Either do it yourself or think about contacting someone else who has the least bit of knowledge on the subject.

They will call u a 1000 tines n promise u 100000 things..

Once u pay the money ....forget it...

I've had the experience with cannaprove, tiruvalla branch..but I'm sure..the work ethic they exhibit is the same throughout their branches .

Worth not a single star, When they receive money no phone calls from anyone, if you check with your case manager they joined in another company

Think twice before giving money to cannaprove consultant they are no1 fraud,My 70k lost.

They got 5L from me for a process and promised me that they would return my amount if there are issues. It's been more than 2 years since I requested for refund, but they don't even respond to my emails and calls. We paid the amount by getting a loan, we are still struggling to pay it back. They might say I am not registered and this is a fake review. This is a genuine review and I can show all the documentation.

Please beware of CanApprove immigration consultants based in Dubai. They also operate from India.
This company gives fake promises and convince you to an extent that you register with them by paying good sum.
They promise/ guarantee job in Canada in the BC province which leading to PR.
Veronica Moye #IRCC consultant hold Sr most position in the company and under her guidance and network in BC they convince people to register with them.
Another Sr. Most person is Adv Binoy.

Most of thier positive reviews are fake.

They commit with job assurance within 9months of agreement.
They then slowly disappear, when you are fed-up with follow-ups, they come up with another way of earning money by saying employers are ready but asking for more money. By this time you realize this company is running a scam and once you ask for refund. They say company do not have funds.

Don't trust them.

I am happy to share my wonderful experience with Canapprove Kochi. I felt their service is very professional and reliable. I would suggest my friends and family to approach Canapprove if they are in similar need. Once again thanks to the entire team.

Worst Experience ever. They say they t legal company, but this legal term is for their own benefits only. They don't work on ur application after receiving payment, & neither do they refund. They just send statement of refund telling us to sign, without payment! We r cheated too! Everyone who r cheated by this company lets join hands & report it to the police. I have all the proofs about how they cheated us giving false information & using cheesy language.

Very bad experience 2years of follow up i didn't get the refund..

I would like to inform the patrons kindly don’t come in to the trap of Canapprove , the so called professional people would talk nice and convince you to invest but won’t give any valuable inputs and would keep your money and won’t return it even if you don’t use their services or not ! Do not fall into the trap like how I did .
