What I am confused about is the "somewhat". How is that specific answer valuable in teaching? And maybe great assessment for a younger person but you can't teach an old dog new tricks.

I love questionnaires that reveal a person's motivation, morals, strengths and weakness etc. This analysis helps one to improve and learn different aspects of human nature and personalities that therefore can be an asset to all companies!
