Really does work. I have bullmastiff that pulls like a train and chases stuff having this collar gave noticeable control . I have tried si many different harnesses collars ect but none have work. This does work!

Great company top quality product.I have a 12 month old cockapoo who pulled like a train. In less than a week this had stopped. Collar is kind not harsh unlike some others on the market

Decent quality product presented well in the box. Only issue is their giant breed anti pull harness is not for a giant breed. I bought the size 7 and it doesnt come close to my Caucasian Shepherd at all. So if you buy this product be sure that giant breed just means a normal large dog like a German Shepherd and definitely not an actual giant breed.

So we have a canny company head collar. We use your leads every day, needed another as we have another puppy. Leads are so comfortable to hold, even when dogs pull. Recommend these leads 100%

This is my second purchase from The Canny Collar company. I must say, their customer service is outstanding. After originally purchasing the size 2 collar and leaving a 4 star review, I was contacted by the company about my purchases. I had already placed another order for a size 3 collar as although technically the size 2 should have fitted my dog, he has a long neck and muzzle so there was an issue with the length of the nose band. The size 3 arrived and is perfect, it fits him well and it’s easy to remove the nose band and use the carabiner to attach them together for off lead time. The collars are well made but I do keep an extra collar on my dog that we can quickly attach a lead to. This is because there isn’t a point to clip a lead onto quickly when the nose band is joined at the front of the neck during off lead time. The collars are definitely a training tool and not a quick fix as it’s a work in progress with my very excitable 1 year old dog. We have good walks and bad but he does understand although forgets!
Overall, I would recommend the collar although I’m still undecided if it’s the perfect collar for me and my dog as he can still suddenly pull me unexpectedly.

I love the collar as it seems much more suited and gentler to my dog than a figure of 8 collar I was previously using. When using the figure of 8 collar, my dog snorted and it sounded like I was walking a pig not a dog! I think it tightened and didn’t release so he found breathing difficult. With the Canny Collar I have some control but it’s a work in progress, my dog seems happier but the sizing was an issue. I measured his neck and purchased the size 2 which fits his neck perfectly but the nose strap wouldn’t fit over his nose once the lead was attached, as shown in the ‘how to’ video. I also found it extremely tricky to attached the nose strap with the carabiner for off lead play, again the strap was too short, so I attached it to a second collar although this wasn’t ideal as there was loops hanging down. I’ve now ordered a size 3 in the hope that this will be a better fit. I didn’t try to return the collar as my dog had worn it and the website stated there would be a return fee. I am hoping that in the future the design of the carabiner for off lead time will be improved as the attachments are very fiddly and I found it tricky to sort out after the off lead time. It could be because the straps are too short for my dog, hopefully I’ll find it easier with the size 3 collar.

The only reason I didn’t give five stars was just because the rings on the ends are not big enough for my lead so I’ve had to go and buy a new lead. That’s the only reason I didn’t give five stars if you could do an adaption or make the rings bigger a bit bigger so that my lead can go on then that would be great apart from that it’s a lovely blue colour service has been amazing. Thank you for exchanging so easy to exchange. That’s the only downside to it and I can send some pictures if you’d like me to is the rings on the end where the lead go on need to be made bigger to adjust for every lead

Ordered on line for a customer collars came within a few days! We fitted out the customers dogs all went happily on there way

I was reticent to buy a canny collar, wanting to avoid anything aversive. I have a crazy pulling Beagle so need to address that. I'm slowly introducing the collar to my dog so it's early days to see how effective it will be long term. I'm confident it isn't any more aversive than a dog pulling on his collar. My dog has accepted it fairly smoothly so far and doesn't seem too stressed by it. What I am confident in is the product itself. It's beautifully packaged and it's really good quality.

Easy to order and very good quality collars

Great collar for a 12 month old exciteable retriever who pulls.
Easy to fit and doesn't slip off like other similar ones as it has a fixed collar attached. It's a bit of a faff to try and use the attachments when they are not on the lead so I just take it off.

Excellent customer service, size guide easy to use althought i got my size wrong i purchased the correct size and was refunded almost immediately for the collar id made a mistake with. Collar great quality and arrived quickly.

My Dog walks so well with this. It’s our second one and he’s walking better without too. He doesn’t try to remove. Great design and great fit.

Personal advice and quick service. Collossus was too big for our 9 mth St Bernard puppy (just). Size 7 at a discount to get us through until she is mature. Quick service fitted well. Gives good control.
