Amazing service
Amazing service! Staff are very professional, friendly and helpful, made the experience easy and hassle free. Sorted all the details for me there and then and took time to go over details with the new car, explaining everything with reassurance for me to go back and see them if there are any problems.
Andrew specifically was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional and made whole experience an easy process.

Highly recommended CMW
We purchased a car with the help from Jamie and have to say he was a wonderful member of staff. We purchased a vehicle and then we saw something else within 30 mins after and they were happy to help us swap them over. Car has been collected today for a mot. All the staff were lovely. Can't recommend CMW enough or Jamie. Thankyou for all the help

At the time everything seemed great
At the time everything seemed great, staff were very helpful. I bought my Mercedes A class with them, my second car.
It seemed like the moment my warranty stopped the car fell apart. I had issue left right and centre. Issues that where on the car when I bought it (dates on the sensors match up) but it was never told to me. This car I bought from them has been a money pit. Problems just kept appearing. Never using this place again.
Awful. I’m now very much out of pocket, no car, and very disappointed

Good morning I am sorry to hear that you have had problems with the vehicle that you purchased from CMW after the warranty had expired(extended warranty was offered at point of sale). A telephone call to the dealership would have been the normal way to ask for assistance and guidance. It is true that a warranty has a start and finish date. If we are not made aware of a problem other than a post on a review site how could we be expected to have helped. Wish you well moving forward.

Lovely team working there, really know what they are talking about, the questions I had they Knew the answers and explained in detail to make me understand because this was my first purchase buying a car. I got the car for a really good deal and they even gave me more warranty on the car for them which really helped . Would definitely recommend!!
